I don't get direct answers on when I can expect my orders. I submitted an order yesterday and specifically answer for a date I can tell my client to expect their labels and I received no response back. I feel like I have to badger people just to get a specific response.

awful experience. Don't send them anything complicated or with a large number of lots/versions. They can't handle it and they fall down until you beg them for your order. Ask them to keep the lots separate and you will send them into a tailspin
I 'm surprised of all the negative reviews on here. I use Discount Labels a lot and yes I have had a problem or two but I called and they sent extra decals to replace the ones that were messed up. Never really had a issue and always shipped on time.
