I had the first contact by phone at the local location. Have to say, the lady on the phone at the headquarters, Mrs. K., was very friendly and helpful. She was able to solve my problem immediately. Very competent. Good staff is hard to come by. Thank you, I would like to come back.

Appointment by phone. No waiting time after arrival, immediately inspection of the vehicle with friendly and qualified MA (Mr. Winnig). Appraisal came on the same day by mail - agreed on the following day. Insurance paid without ifs and buts. Any time!

It is required that all mobile devices are switched off or switched to flight mode.
However, the examiner considered it necessary to call during the test "concentration equal to 0"
