No complaints, its cookie cutter arcade with bar and food.

Clean and beautiful but service was horrendous! My friend and I went today and I ve never seen a slower more more glum bartender in my life. Not a smile on this girls face the entire time. My friend asked for a kettle club in a pint glass and she said she couldn t do it, 5 minutes later the people next to us were drinking cocktails out of pint glasses. We ordered a second round from the other bartender and he never bought it back. We asked to send drinks over to friends of ours and they never sent them. We got our check and left. I don t know how this bar will survive when s there s more that 15 people at it.

Food is a bit expensive for the portions they give, other than that the games are great.

The waitress was friendly but she seemed really busy, found this in my burger. Didn't complain, still left a 20% tip, it's probably not the waitress's fault. But I still had a piece of plastic in my burger. Most games seem pretty well maintain, only ONE machines in the corner charged me twice and didn't end up working.

Was there last night to eat with 4 kids.Besides the fact that it took awhile for a server to even take a drink order, it took forever to get drinks (w/o) straws. Taking forever for straws and seeing him serve other tables I had to ask a manager for straws. Food also took forever and while served, my 8yo daughter had to wait so long just to get ketchup which while my server disappeared I had to ask a manager again! Of course after my kids were settled and good to eat, I discovered my medium ordered steak was burnt!! They promised another one right away, but of course that took another 20 minutes and while my kids were done, I still don't have my food. Another steak came out and low and behold BURNT AGAIN!!

Seeing servers and managers on their phones and dealing with 2 different managers about the lousy service just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Managers were definitely nice, but the whole experience was just too frustrating!

I REALLY LIKE THE PLACE. THE FOOD IS OK. IT'S CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY.
THEY ARE FAIRLY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
MY GRANDSON ENJOYED THE VIRTUAL REALITY RIDE AND LOVED COMPETING WITH NANA FOR SHOTS AT THE ICE DRAGON.
OVERALL 4 STARS AND ADD A STAR TO THE RATING IF THEY DITCH THE COAT CHECK FEE.
THEY WILL ENTICE MORE CUSTOMERS TO SPEND IF THEY HAVE A COURTESY COAT CHECK. TIPS ENCOURAGED

The food isn't the greatest. I wish the Staten Island Dave and Buster's had some of the exciting and fun games that the one in the City has. These games are ok but after the third time going, it gets pretty lame.

Games lots of games. Went for a kids party but it was a bit unnerving. Really dark hard to keep track of kids. Better for older kids and adults. Food seemed good.

Drinks are good but even in night u have to deal w obnoxious kids... there should be a time that kids are not allowed in .ijs

The kids had an awesome time with class trip. MJ the manager helped us add unlimited play to the cards.

Dave & Buster's place it's nice okay customer service I think they can do more better as far as food pricing it's okay food is pretty good and some of it it's okay definitely a lot of games activities to do over there I would say definitely check it out

Kids kept activating the alarm. We had to wait for the games to reboot. It was not a good experience

Pretty dead at 4pm. Staff is very friendly and very pretty. Prices for beer was fair and we enjoyed ourselves.

There's no reason a guest should have to wait 25 minutes for one margarita to get to the table when you're sitting only a few feet from the bar. The atmosphere has a "good time" vibe, but the games are pretty much the only thing that make this place worth it. If you're hungry you better have a snack before you go because you will wait at least 45 minutes to an hour for your food to arrive. I'm not one to complain but this place is going to be run to the ground if they don't get the kitchen together.

Always love to come here for fun and food! This is by far the cleanest D&B in NYC. The food is always great, they always have awesome deals on weekdays ! Love to come here on weekdays less people too!

Took half hour to get a drink and then couldn t get the bill to pay after complaining to the manager he was more interested in defending the bartenders terrible service then getting me my bill.

It's very spacious and the drinks are awesome and so is the price as for the food that was great too. In overall the prices are great and it's a great place to take family and friends.

This Dave and Busters was so nice! Service was great! Quick, respectful and just overall great! Cleanliness was exceptional! For once a place has nice bathrooms in the Staten Island mall! Will definitely return!

An improvement that definitely should be made is ensuring the machines and games are all working properly. There were several times the other night that my points were spent, but the game never started. When I spent my points to play the knock down the clown game, it started with 5 seconds remaining rather than 20.

Fun place to go to and the food is not bad and if you want to kill some time with the kids u can go and play and not have to eat, like some places in Jersey

Dave and Buster's of Staten Island was expensive! When we entered at the front desk we purchased a playing card and the receipt suggested gratuity! Really!?!? For ringing up a single item and swiping my credit card?!? Come on! Besides that the place was as expected. Lots of kids, adults and games.

Great update to the mall..a little high on prices but WE (including myself and wifey)..had a really great time.. went for a kids party.. ended having way more fun than expected...S.I. needed D&B's

To be honest Dave and Buster's just has a thing going with the videogame setup and sportbar theme. I brought my kids and nieces here for a day of fun. And it deff lends itself to letting the kids run around while parents chill at their table tossing a few brews watching the game.

Waited forever to get a waiter/waitress to serve us,manager observed the situation but did nothing.

The games are pretty cool. The service wasn't great and the mac and cheese tasted like it was bought in the frozen section of shoprite

Fun place, but each of my experiences there have been with poor service. Last time I was there, they wouldn't seat us until our whole group was there. They said it's policy, but I couldn't find it listed anywhere on site or online. It wasn't even on their list of policies. I didn't know in advanced so we did not plan arrival times accordingly. We had to stand in the lobby for 30 minutes before we were seated, on a slow week night. On the same and other visits the servers regularly forget things, including their website advertised specials which we had to educate them on. If you're very patient, it's great. Good food and fun games.

Waited way to long to be served after the waitress took our order. 45 minutes to get our appetizers.Then another 1/2 hour for our main meals.

My 11 & 9yr olds has a blast. A Casino for kids. The Bellagio to Chuck E Cheese s rundown Indian reservation casino in the backwoods. :)

I never ever leave reviews. This place doesn't even deserve one star... ordered a hot dog kids meal and 2 philly cheese steak sliders... half hour later waiter says it will be out in 5-10 mins. Now it's an hr waiter says let me go check I had to take on other tables I'm sorry. Another 5 mins he says I have the manager coming to talk to you now the kitchen never received your order. Over an hr to only get drinks with a hungry toddler who kept asking for his dinner . The owner and management should be ashamed . Just opened and already getting bad reviews. First time and last time . And I will be telling family and friends not to waste their time.

Hands down, the most military friendly staff! I came in just to look at the place in uniform and they all greeted me as I came into every section and thanked me for my service. One of the managers gave me his card and said that he would take care of any military personnel who needed anything while enjoying themselves at the location. I hope this place does well on the Island.

Food is applebees quality, sucks. Games are fun though.

Great night - celebrated my sisters birthday. What a great place. Foods ok, but that s not why you re there. Great for birthdays! Everyone of all ages from 5 to 75 had fun! Can also watch sports games their. The TVs are everywhere and huge!!!! Fun times for all!!!

I liked it! We had tequila, margaritas, grilled salmon, triple play, turkey melt. They're great!

They're still adjusting. We're sure we'll be back.

It's great if you go for just the games. The food there is very expensive.

terrible service (food). specifically how slow the staff is, and how there is very LITTLE FOCUS on the customer experience. i am disappointed because i planned on taking my kids to this once a month. i will find something in Jersey
