Came here on Sunday and had a really good time. The food was about what you would expect and the drinks were very good. Our Server Shay was fantastic. The best part was the games.

I love this place. Excellent food and great for kids.

Nice place, great for family fun. Food was like ordering fast food. bar was decently priced, i had a Henny Coolata and it was good. The're tv's everywhere around the bar (great for sports events)

The food is fair.. but the service is horrible we sat 15 minutes until I had to ask 2 people plus the manager to get us service .. we waiting 20 min for our food so we went to play games , the manager come to us and told us " your food is ready btw" we go to our table there is no food we wait an extra 10 min at the table.. games was fun btw

The staff was awesome for my daughters birthday party, very friendly and attentive.

Well, I really enjoy the motorcycle racing game. I am a terrible driver, but it's so much fun crashing into the walls, etc.. lol.

the staff & Management here are amazing they went out of the way to help provide great service to my disabled child with food allergies. we where seated right away personally by the manager and even got a choice of where to sit. The family had such a great time.

Cool games could be a better selection though, also services at the bar can get better.

Om..freaking..gosh!! I love this place me and my friend had a blast.!

The place is extremely loud, beer is very expensive, and the games suck. They are scam machines. We wanted to eat and their was a half hour wait with about 10 tables empty. Manager said we are doing the best we can. Front desk said not enough servers.

Amazing had a great time, the food was excellent. Employees are very well mannered, respectful, and friendly. Very pleased with serves and honored to say my son works for Dave & busters!

Definitely a good time here. This D&B is fairly new, so it is pretty clean, including the bathrooms and restuarant area. The food was pretty good, what you would expect from a D&B. The only negative thing about this location is I feel like it is just a tiny bit smaller then other D&Bs that I've been to.

After learning about how they treat their employees, I'll never set foot in here again. Their management needs to be fired.

This is a great place. The food is good the games are fun. When I was there the fire alarm went off...it was still a amazing time with my girls and kids.

Games for kids but service was slow and food was just ok

Came here for the grand opening of the Staten Island location and I m a bit disappointed with how they performed. This D&B is part of a complete remodel for the SI Mall. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Very very crowded and different groups can be pleased here restaurant section if you only wish to eat, gaming area for all ages even adults and a bar & grill area for drinks and watching sports events. While sitting at the bar, Grace was very polite and knowledgeable on the drinks. However when we sat at a table to eat, it went downhill from there. Our server Jevon was nothing but exceptional, but the wait times for drinks and food to come out was almost an hour and we also witnessed multiple runners who brought the wrong orders to wrong tables. And when you needed a servers attention, it was near impossible. Granted this location was only open for two days when we came here, everything in the kitchen should ve been perfected. That s why there s soft openings, proper training & practice runs. 3 stars only because like I said, staff were very polite and nice.

This place is just for the kids or if you want hot dogs microwaved pizza and a beer. If you like arcade games it it worth your wild.

I stopped at Dave and busters for the first time in my life and was amazed at the food and service, meeting one of my nephews that works in the kitchen there. After work we had a lovely time eating and catching up with his family.

Nice place with lots of games to play for all ages. Food it's delicious, those chicken tacos are just amazing. Alcoholic beverages are very good, they have a very good drink menu and the staff it's very friendly.

Games are fun which was why we even gave 2 stars. We sat down for dinner and never even got acknowledged, no server came up to us, we never even got to order. We had two kids with us and sat waiting for a server for over 30 mins (people with hungry kids know how hard that can be) Even when we asked someone about our server they said one was coming and no one ever showed up. We had to leave in order to get the kids who were age 4&6 some food. We were really looking forward to this place being great, sad it wasn t.

Foods good, menu is big enough to make it worth coming back to try something else. Service was friendly enough. Who decided that the booths should have seats so high my legs dangled while I ate lunch? I also love video games, what can I say? Perfect way to kill time while the girlfriend shops

I would have given it 5 stars for the food, but the service wasn't great. Without sounding crazy the place is too loud, (i know its like an arcade) but at least the manager was nice enough to lower the volume on the music, while we ate. Besides this the place rocks and the games are really fun to play !!

Service food tales long time to bring you order

Was very disappointed that there is neither bowling or pool tables at this location. Too bad because the island needs more of both. Hope they plan on adding these amenities in the future.

Ok. So first of all. Set up at the front desk was easy. The employees set is up with all the wrist bands and power cards with no problems. The greeters at the podium were ok at first. They took out number to text us when our table was ready. The text was sent and within 2 minutes my wife went up to the podium. They said to wait for the second text cause the table wasn't ready. That wasn't the issue at all. They gave our table away, we were a party of ten. So about an hour had passed before we got our table. Not one waitress approached our table to take drink orders. It was about 15 20 minutes, so we got up to leave. One of our girls was still playing a game, which the games were all fun. So in the mean time my wife spoke to a manager and he took care of us. We got back to our table and received free game cards and 3 of our appetizers were free. So all in all the experience was good. The food was great and the price was decent.

To the owner. Ive been here many times and it is worth paying the Verrazano Bridge Toll lol. Food, Drinks and Fun has been great.

Games are great and food is good. Service is iffy but the good outweighs the bad and the kids love it. Adults will enjoy as well. Just know what to expect... youll have a good time and kids have a great time...

Worst service ever! We had a party of 8 and were told that it would be a 40 min wait. 70 min later we got ourvtable which was available the entire time we were waiting. Finally get seated and it's now 20 min with no drinks. First and last time at this location.

If they had the muscow mule souvenir cups i would have given a 5 star review

The game play was pretty cool but the dining experience was not pleasing. Servers are overwhelmed and understaffed. Food is okay, typical wings and sliders.

Tried to have a birthday party for an eleven year old there. Went to reserve section for party...was told "we dont do that"...yet i saw several "reaerved" sections for bday parties all around... bottom line staff is not well trained at this dave and busters or the reservationists are racist and discriminating either way I'd rather go to other d&b not the one on staten island

If you're a kid or a kid at heart, this place has games for all ages to enjoy!

Have been there twice so far and the first was great from beginning to end and would have given it a 5 star rating if the experience was half as good the second time but it wasn't I even had to go and get my own drinks from the bar because the waitress was MIA it took almost 25minutes to even get her to the table to take a drink order so you can probably guess how the rest of the dinner went.

Loved it! Great arcades, very up to date, sophisticated and great fun!

Great place, it looks amazing, clean & roomy seating.

Unfortunately the cost to eat there is insane. Over $118.00 dollars for 3 meals & 4 drinks. I dont see how they can justify the pricing there. I would say it is a great place if your paying on a company tab or everyone is pitching in for the cost.

As for a small group of friends or a family night out I'll stick to more reasonably priced places.

I must say our waitress was wonderful her name was Tiffany.C it's Because of her i will be returning. She is the meaning of customer satisfaction

Staff not only look miserable they are miserable, mac and cheese was kraft, the own waitress didnt even recommend it !! Drinks over priced and water... games are ridiculously expensive, its like a kid version of a.c.
Giving 2 stars because the lgihts were lit in thier!!
Other wise work on your prices and treat your staff better so thier happier to work thier .

The wait is too long and the service as well go there for the kids

I was surprised it was awesome we loved it! I thought it was going be cheesy I'm sorry to say but it wasn't! The games were great next time we are going to eat there and play games! The food looked and smelled great! The stars are for the games! The worst service I have ever seen in my life! All we got was burgers! Food is terrible and expensive! Go for the games you are better off eating somewhere else then going to play there! Trust me I'm understanding but the service is that terrible!! A lot of people standing around doing nothing! Epic fail of the food part!!

Nice place conveniently located in the staten island mall. It can be access from outside the parking lot or through the 2nd floor food court. Clean and nice decor. Staff should be more attentive. My kids came here for a birthday party and we got one staff to assist us. No utensils and no napkins. Had to ask for it. But overall I would come back. Maybe a future birthday party but expect to be hands on. Ticket games are a bit pricey, I would stick to the all you can play deal. Most of the games are catered to older kids, my 3 year old had no games to play.

Decent arcade expensive food bad drink service and understaffed

It is a fun place to be. The business itself is great. However it is a little tight for the amount of foot traffic they get.

I have to say in overall its a beautiful place. The only thing that bothered me was that, After we were seated . Thirty minutes went by no one approached our table not even to ask if we wanted drinks. After, about 30 minutes in we then were approached.The costumer services needs work.The employees need more knowledge and experience. In order to up hold their title. The hostess only knew how to seat her guest. When asked questions she didn't know how to answer them. I feel that whether you're cashier or hostess even a server. Everyone should take time to get to know each job and what the details of each jobs are. So when approached with a simple question or situation they know how to respond and handle themselves.We enjoyed our dinner it was great! The games were fun.The atmosphere was perfect. Everyone friendly.

Large enough space to get lost and forget where you are. Very clean and we'll kept the employees were really friendly and helped when we had issues.

I was pleasantly surprised with everything here. The ambiance is very trendy. You don't feel like you are at a kids arcade place. I have not seen so many super techy touchscreen games in one place. My kids loved it and I loved watching them in awe. Also, the quality of the drinks were exceptional and the food was great. Definitely coming back.

Love Dave and Buster's in Staten Island, NY.... And they have changed their menu since opening... Food has a huge improvement, it was pretty darn good. Always love their drinks as well they are mixed perfectly....

Went there for first time for granddaughter's birthday, best cheese steak on the island. My wife and I went back and I ordered the same cheesteak, it tasted as someone scraped off the grill and added the fixings to it. The only reason Im giving 3stars is that they have a great arcade.
Make the food consistently good and it'll be a 5 star place.

We were here on Thursday and wait for bear in about 15 min and for cocktails in about 25. Too long. Dont like it
