Totally for KIDS Its Applebees with an arcade.... I felt like I was on a boardwalk amusement park Way to noisy and the food was just alright TGIF Applebees Diner food..... The staff was friendly

Went there for my 17th birthday and didnt get a cake but I got ausome prizes and a Tasty entree

I went on wednesday, which is their half off day, and I think the prices are only worth it if you go on that day. They also have a good selection of prizes.

Service sucks but the games are awesome!
So I definitely recommend eating before.

I like D&Bs a lot but this one is ridiculously expensive. Most games were 8+ quarters. $40 lasted about a half hour. Kids prizes are pretty good but again way too expensive. 3000 points for a toy that costs msybe $5.

Kid friendly,Clean ,well kept,food,bar,sports on tv's . Pinch me cuz I think I died and went to heaven!!

My son had a blast happy we don't have to go to the city.

Went on a weekday and was semi empty but has alot of the same games. Food options were minimal for a vegetarian.

I love this place ! It s great for groups of friends or a night out with the family. I always end up spending too much money but they have great prizes !! You can save up tickets on your Dave and busters card for a bigger prize !

Amazing food and service.
Bartenders did not know how to make a virgin pina colada after getting shaved ice and then watered down versions 4 times I just had a coke. But the supervisor was awesome.

Nice place... They only need to be better organized when they have Pay per view events... Food was good, games, watch the game and fight had a good time

It's a good time. Food is Applebees quality, goes the conventional wisdom. The arcade and bar is the bit us older folks go for. And that's a late night thing. Lots of twentysomethings.

I wish they'd let me buy drinks after I left my I.D. at home but the service was top notch. I'd say it's like Chuck-e-Cheese for adults except that place is actually popular among parents because you're not responsible for your kids once you they stamp their hands.

Anyway, about this place.. it was pretty good. I'm glad I no longer have to go to Mahattan for this.

Dave and Busters was advertised and started out its business as an adult arcade place which was amazing. For a birthday celebration we wanted to come to the staten island location since we're local and wanted a break from the city. But we were confused. Is this an adult place or a chuckee cheese? There were kids all over the place and it killed the vibe of what we thought it was orginally gonna be. We were totally disappointed. Although the staff was friendly and we sympathized with them the issue, its just not worth it if you're looking for a good time out. Parents gave us dirty looks if we cursed too much by their kids. When you guys become what you were intended to be in the first place, it'll be amazing. But for now, very negatice experience .

Food is average. The desert actually good. Servicd is terrific. The aracdes are fine. But the prices stink. It has gone up severely. A 60 dollar card will get you 25 to 30 min of play.

Fun and exciting , had a wonderful time playing games and the food was great.

Last time I was there the wait was longer than expected. A little pricey, but the food is worth it.

Giving this establishment 1 star is an overstatement. I have never received such terrible service at any business in all my life. My party was told our wait time would be 45 minutes, then after the 45 minutes they told us another 10, and then another 10 etc. After waiting an hour and thirty minutes for our table I decided to ask another member of the dining staff, Samantha, how much longer the wait would be. I explained how long we were waiting and how customers who came in after us were getting seated and she replied to us in a nasty tone by saying you ll get seated when it s ready. Her poor attitude is just one of many reasons this place gets 1 star. After we finally got seated, it took 40 minutes for a waitress to help us because no one had informed her that she was supposed to work our table. This is not her fault, just a failure on managements part. When we finally got our food it was cold and we couldn t drink some of the mixed drinks because they were so disgusting. There is clearly problems with management here because none of their employees have anyone watching over them. The worst part is that this was during a week night. I can t imagine how much worse the service must be on weekends. I won t be surprised if this restaurant closes within a few years. No one in my party will ever be going back.

We love Dave & Busters Everyone is so nice..The food is good..it just takes so long to get everything...our waitress was smiling while apologizing..Took the coffee off the bill....just love playing all the games..

The food is tasty but be aware it is noisy

I went with my spouse and kids, they sat us on a table next to the cash registers where the staff was hanging out and being loud. Our waiter was decent but the staff that was hanging around the cash registers was using so much profanity in the presence of my 5 and 3 year old. We finished our food as fast as we could and asked for a check. We was in so much hurry that i forgot my credit card there. I swore i would never go to eat there, but my kids enjoy the games so i decided while my spouse was shoping to take them there and play some games. The kids wanted to eat so we sat on high chairs accross the bar. The waitress gave us the drinks and dissapeared, i keept asking other waiters for menus no one was able to help. We left and we havent been back there in over 3 months. The food was great but horrible staff. Update 3-18-19 I took my kids there to play and they wanted food from there. We ordered food and half of the food for two of us was served while the other two members of my family keept waiting. We waited for like 45 minutes and we got fed up and we decided to leave. One star on service today.

Great place clean and the food was great the service was excellent and they games are great all new and no long lines for waiting for any games the only reason why I didn t give a 5 stars rating was because they took about 30 minutes to bring out the desert and it was only one cookie with ice cream if they didn t delay that I would definitely have gave them 5 stars but other than that definitely worth going to

We usually go for the arcade games and excitement of winning tickets which is all a great experience. However, this time around we decided to dine here as well. Horrible, horrible, horrible decision! The waitress (Torri) was extremely rude and wouldn t let us purchase a meal without purchasing the power card points with it. She said it wasn t an option. She didn t even wait on the table. She barely checked on us and we waited forever for the food and it came out cold. Then we received our receipt and she wrote on the receipt that we need to leave a 20% tip which was a heck of a lot because she made us purchase power card points too just to eat ! There were even weird charges on the receipt too and when I asked a different waiter what it was he told me it was a charge for a power card , but we never received new power cards. The points were added to ones we previously had. However, when I asked torri she covered it up saying it was just the cost of the meal broken down. She was clearly trying to charge anything and everything so she can ask for a 20% tip on a large check.

We have been in Dave n Busters s many times for the arcade. The machines are great. You don t have to deal with the staff. Yesterday, we decided to give the food a try and we regret it. The food was so sour, salty and not fresh. My kids meal came after 45 minutes!!! 45 minutes for chicken tenders!! The waiter who came with the other three orders said she is going to check on the missing order and never came back. I went to ask after another 15 minutes, the another lady took my table location and she said she will check and never came to my table. We are about to leave they brought the chicken fingers!!! The only time a staff came back to take the money!!! Never again!

The few times we ve come here it s been incredibly slow service.. despite seeing many staff members standing around waiting for service takes way too long. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. For being a brand new restaurant there is little to no care to keep it nice. It s been a disappointment each time.

The place is nice.waited over a hr for drinks on a thrs night I could understand if it was busy or a big game on .then it took over a hr for wings and a burger ..I don't think I will be back for some time and will not recommend it only if u have time to kill.this was a get together for my son's birthday and they wouldn't even hold the cake for us.

Ok for games n stuff but food is overpriced and not great

Took twenty minutes to get someone to see us, we still haven t had our order and it s been 25 minutes so far. about five waiters are just standing in a circle talking. We tried about ten times to catch the attention of ANY workers and it just not have worked. It s a nice atmosphere but the service is just sad really. All in all, for a first time visit this had been horrible, will not be coming back anytime soon. Bad food, came out cold..

This was the most horrible food that I've ever had in my entire life and I am completely disgusted I would not recommend this place as far as food is concerned give me a million years thank you goodbye

So much fun. Very loud but games are cool and prizes are nice.

It is a great place to have birthday parties or just have fun. It's a diner and an arcade. You can actually earn really cool prizes. There are not horrible prizes like at chuck e cheeses. Though, the wait for the food was 2 hours long. (there was 15 other people with me) Though, it did not seem 2 hours long. We managed to pass the time just walking around the amazing arcade. This is my first time experience and honestly, it was really great!

Kids have fun. And they have beer. Far better than chucky cheese. Cost can sneak up. There are different bargains depending on the day of the week, plan accordingly. Access through the food court in the mall or by Richmond ave side entrance

Fun family day out. Pricey for what you get. Food portions are on the smaller side, but taste is fine. Just expect to pay for the name. Still had a good time and the drinks were pretty good alwell. Service was 5star.

I initially rated the new Dave & Buster's location in the Staten Island Mall lower based on only a quick perusal of the game floor, which is quite impressive, but without sampling any food or drink I felt a 4- or 5-star review might be disingenuous without a complete experience here. However, the team was quick to reply to my 3-star review and inquire how they could do better, which is a disposition I hope is echoed by the staff on site during the day to day grind. So, 5 stars it is for now.
