Giving this establishment 1 star is an overstateme...

Giving this establishment 1 star is an overstatement. I have never received such terrible service at any business in all my life. My party was told our wait time would be 45 minutes, then after the 45 minutes they told us another 10, and then another 10 etc. After waiting an hour and thirty minutes for our table I decided to ask another member of the dining staff, Samantha, how much longer the wait would be. I explained how long we were waiting and how customers who came in after us were getting seated and she replied to us in a nasty tone by saying you ll get seated when it s ready. Her poor attitude is just one of many reasons this place gets 1 star. After we finally got seated, it took 40 minutes for a waitress to help us because no one had informed her that she was supposed to work our table. This is not her fault, just a failure on managements part. When we finally got our food it was cold and we couldn t drink some of the mixed drinks because they were so disgusting. There is clearly problems with management here because none of their employees have anyone watching over them. The worst part is that this was during a week night. I can t imagine how much worse the service must be on weekends. I won t be surprised if this restaurant closes within a few years. No one in my party will ever be going back.
