It is overcrowded, it has long since exceeded its attention span. A process that should take a couple of hours can take you all morning. The staff tries to give a good service but they can't keep up. They should expand the premises and increase staff or reduce the number of services per day.

It takes forever to receive pending samples. I've been waiting for almost two hours just to deliver. Even health takes care of you faster. They sure think you have all the time in the world. They have no place to park or at least they don't let you park on the street because they put cones.
