regarding service of an Iphone 8 your team expressed it will not be repairable and need to change the phone, but my phone got repaired from your istation at kompally and the service is good. Don't give chances to conquer from apple as they are degrading the name of your brand.

Worst Service.i had problem with my airpods and showed them what the problem exactly was .They took the airpods for service and returned me saying that there was no issue.When i tested the product right in front of them the problem occured .When i questioned about the problem they denied me the service and told not to return again even if the problem exists.Such rude behavior. Had to get 6 time appointments to get a response like this ..

well they give you false promises and obviously do not deliver them blaming everything on the company, I for sure will never go to them and would prefer to got o an apptronix instead.

Very high prices for small software issues like resetting. Bad.

I would like to give them a negative rating if it existed. Bad customer response. Gave us 2 different answers. No proper diagnosis. They want the customers to spend more. Worst attitude

my device had a problem of front camera the device is in immaculate condition an they are telling me its an physical damage illiterate peoples.i had a warranty for free replace but they asking me money for replace 20000 cheap guys.

The staff was helpful when I visited. However, there was a huge goof up in communication after I submitted my mac for servicing. They called me one week later and first told me that it will be ready in a couple of days. However, after that they called me again and told me that my Mac's motherboard was damaged and I should be buying a new one. Since, that laptop was not usable anymore, I started searching for other options. But when I visited the centre to collect the Mac, they gave it to me in a fully functional state. And the technicial said that I shouldn't have talked to the receptionist when the fact is the receptionist called me to tell me that my Mac was damaged enough that I should buy a new one. What if I had already bought a new laptop before collectig the damaged one?

I gave my Mac Book pro for service and I am trying to call this number to get the status. No response from them. Also sent couple of emails to the support team. No response from there too. Very bad customer care.

The service provided was excellent. The staff are prompt and cordial. The centre completed the service as per the scheduled time. I really appreciate their commitment and work ethics.

Most staff can speak the local and hindi english well...
Sanitation levels are not upto the mark..

Some of the staff has face mask or shiled protection.

Well not too high-tech geek LOL, can consider visiting for normal issues.

Poor customer service and zero knowledge on the apple technology
The other day, 14th December around 3:30 pm I visited the store to repair my iPhone6 which I dropped and the screen was blacked out irresponsive, I thought the technicians would identify the root cause of the issue and rectify. The service engineer attended with arrogance and attitude which even the makers of apple couldn't imagine and came up with a nonsense solution to the issue that the IC is damaged and it should be replace along with the display which costs 23k and scares the customer better to replace the device.
Good friend of mine came to rescue who is 22 year old apple technician who replaced the original apple display for 5500 and my device is back alive.
Conquer technologies you guys were quoting 4 times the price, either you are doing it intentionally to push the stock from the store or you are are hiring really bad technicians who don't even know the difference between display and IC. 1 star for the reception your front desk attendant gave!
Also I'm happy I saved another customer falling into the trap, she has the same issue and they were quoting insensible rates

My MacBookPro laptop was not booting up. I took it to a nearby Aptronix center and they told me motherboard has gone bad and it will cost me Rs 50,000 to repair. I declined their offer.
Next I went to Ameerpet office of Conquer Technologies. Technician Krishna took a look, upgraded the boot firmware and now the laptop is working fine!!
I will recommend this center for MacBookPro servicing. They seem to be competent and honest.

only authorized apple service center in Hyderabad. good and fast service. staff was very welcoming and helpful. a bit slow service though.

No use pre-booking appointment through apple.co.in here only one person is available for taking the service need to wait an hour even though I came 5 early then the appointment booking time.

Watch out these people, pretty much close to money suckers. They tried to charge me 5x times price for my mac charger. I got it from Amazon for cheap. So watch out for females. They are most cunning.

got a replaced phone in a week and its home button makes weird sounds. Can't afford to go back again to the service provider and waste 2 hours waiting in queue and end up by submitting phone to them for replacement and stay without a phone for another week. :(

Quite a disappointing experience. Was like going to a Kirana shop, very casual and unprofessional staff. The solution provided was even more absurd.

worst service.. when u get any repair to your phone these service center says to replace your phone by paying money(They need only money) The replaced mobile is also worst quality

My iphone getting problem with restarting automatically. I think that there will be technical or hardware problem. Visited this service center, they are preparing mentally to buy new phone instead of repair and said that your phone unauthorizedly modified with duplicate display and battery . They denied to repair. I didn't give anyone for repair and I don't know that how the phone repaired unauthorizedly without my knowledge. Don't buy Iphones best advice to Hyderabad people. I need advice against this problem. I think it is better to write a mail to apple regarding this incapable service center.

Useless service. gave my iPhone 10 days back . they told me i would receive a call in 1-2 working days. dint get a single call. i called them and they told that everything is okay now and i can collect the phone. And when i received the phone the prob is not rectified at all. they look at us as if they doing some favor and we r begging them to service our phone.this happened twice. i dint receive my phone now.They r no where near the brand value that apple carries. they r not even fit for being a service center forget about the tag of authorized service providers they call themselves. useless buggers.

Im hearing some crackling sound From my macbook..aptronix banjara hills People told that there is a problem in fan and we need to change.. then Took my macbook pro to Conquer... the actual problem was " There's some dust on the Fan", The Girl said and she solved it within 15 min... and she didnt charge a single rupee even though The macbook is not under warrenty...Awesome service centre for mac especially.... THANKS CONQUER...!!!

My macbook Pro has been repaired very well. Infact it was almost replaced. The service given is fantastic. They replaced my macsM keypad, keyboard, motherboard, battery and the screen with the best price possible.

This is the worst apple care i ever visited. They don't respect your time and money. I gave my mcp for repair, first they told 5-7 days max. Then on first visit they told it's been delay due to technical reason and it has been order please come in 3-4 days. On second visit they tell it's has been repaired half done. Please revisit in 3-4 days again. Still not received...

Save money and time and not visit this apple care for repair.

It takes a lots of time and service is some times good sometimes bad
