They won't understand the customer problem,they won't listen customer what he is saying,then how the customer will solve his problem,I went 2times to conquer service center in Ameerpet but still am facing battery problem with my iPhone 6.We are spending thousands of money to buy an iPhone,when we have an a problem they have to solve it,but they won't listen our problems,very very bad service by Ameerpet branch.

I had a good experience the guys are technically sound and sorted out my phone problem in no time

Worst service they don't provide insurance for iPhone which is imported from US

This is one of the most ite responsible store with irresponsible manager and staff.
I have give my 7+ phone for replacement of full set and that arrived on time but I was late to collect the divice for 3 days. The staff answers befor collecting my old device informed me that I will get my set in a box which will be opend in front of me. But they gave me opend handset when I quiry about it they say that coz I was late for 3days they will just give me the divice when I asked what is the proof of its new divice they say madam we cannot help.and they connect me to their manager who is the another backdrop of the store says that coz I did not have time to collect the divice in time it will not be their responsibility.
Finally this store of Apple is wast of time.
And are not ready to make their customer happy but just will finish the work

They offer One day iPhone screen repair! That's nice...

Irresponsible people are there why because they don't tell about new iMac's release date and first selling old stock

I want to my Mac book pro get repair but the number which they have provided they never picks the calls why you kept number when you people don't respond

My device went into recovery mode and was not switching on. They ran some software and it was reset. Data was gone too(but that's ok). Basically it was rudimentary process and they charged me 500 Rupees.. 500 bucks for resetting and when I asked if it was minimum he said, what minimum sir, the device got switched on right? Yeah right. But what the hell did you do to charge me 500 bucks???? To be frank I thought its free or may be a couple of hundred bucks. No standard list of charges, they just charge you how much ever they want. I blame apple for all this. Be prepared to pay even if they touch the iPad.

Phone number is always busy or switched off. No reply to emails also.

worst worst worst experience very cheap staff, Dnt know how to speak with customers , over all my experience was very very bad with them

They don't ever pick up the call. last time i gave my laptop and i got it back in 15 days with broken screen. This time they said its going to take 1 weak but not picking up the phone.
