Gave my iPhone X with a face I'd issue and got the dead non working phone back. Apparently they are not authorized to give the details to customers why has this happened. "APPLE'S POLICY" - Exact words were said to me. My phone was under warranty and they me to pay 80K if I want a working iPhone X....

Pathetic people and worst customer service. I repent buying Apple device after visiting Conquer Technologies. Technicians dont understand what customer problem is. People in Conquer technologies need to be trained first about the customer service. Very pathetic service center.

Irresponsible staff no one cares about your service behaves like they are doing everything for free. And the service gosh delays and delays and the service also poor my Macbook again got repaired and they won't tell the reason behind the problem.
Really so dumb.
