Ah service. Dumb and stupid. They just bluff and cheat. It's better if they have some senses

Provides Great service but they take a very long time to complete your work done .

Gave my iPhone X with a face I'd issue and got the dead non working phone back. Apparently they are not authorized to give the details to customers why has this happened. "APPLE'S POLICY" - Exact words were said to me. My phone was under warranty and they me to pay 80K if I want a working iPhone X. Why in hell would you call yourself authorized service center.

Pathetic people and worst customer service. I repent buying Apple device after visiting Conquer Technologies. Technicians dont understand what customer problem is. People in Conquer technologies need to be trained first about the customer service. Very pathetic service center.

I tried to reach them on phone .. but they never pickup calls.Being an authorised service center for Apple didn't expect this..

Thank you conquer technologies for giving a new life to my Iphone. Best Service in Hyderabad .

The service is good, the location is the centre of the hyderabad and anyone can reach easily.

Went twice for iPhone repair and took more than one and half hour to reach service person. They listen to query and go to back office and spend 15 20 minutes. Least bothered about customer service

We need to waiting for service but done the work on time

They are the worst people, money suckers, idiots. I visited on yesterday to repair my iphone 6 broken screen. They asked me to replace the phone instead of replacing the screen. I spoke to at least 3 people in the store, very careless response from all of them. They are not service providers they are money suckers.. Guys, don't even dare to visit the center. Of course I have replaced my iphone screen from somewhere else.

People are not in discipline everyone is casual and few are the staff are harsh to talk.

Apple need to inspect such authorised center every month.

Service is not as expected they only know money.

More important if your expecting Air condition seating please don't even think of it no air condition working out here.

I am extremely happy d services provided for my iPhone X. I am thankful for their friendly attitude. I don t know whether I have to mention r not d name of d employee of yr extremed organisation. Last but least My personal thanks to Mr. Ameen, who have supported n d way he explained d problem n given precautions to use Iphone. Once again my thanks to d employees of conquer technologies.

I went in for the repair of my Macbook Pro hard-disk crash. The team took in the laptop and guaranteed that the laptop will be fixed in 3 days, which they failed to do. Moreover, the laptop backpanel has all sorts of scratches and dents and even a small crack at one of the screw fitting areas. The outlet head person (seemingly) around there assured me of getting the backpanel replaced and since I was leaving town for 10 days, asked me to call back once I am back. Through this trip of mine, he calls up to inform me that the backpanel is not under "warranty" and hence I will have to pay for you guys having broken my laptop!? I have been trying to call the outlet for about 3 days now but nobody ever picks up the phone! What sort of pathetic service is this?

Disgusting services my phone had great battery I gave it to them for sim detection issues and they 100% replaced my battery or done something to it now it doesn't even charge to more than 1% when I have raised complaint against it they say you should have checked it while you are at the service centre we can't take u by word cause there is a possibility that I did something to it on the way home . seriously???feeling disgusted

Worst place to get ur Mac Service ,I got my Mac service recently just for software upgradation,it took them 6 days & a service charge of 1100 & m not able to insert CD/DVD in to the drive which is a defect caused by them .Irresponsible Techs

I have given my mobile iPhone XS 256gb it has encountered a internal problem so I given in this service centre but they damaged my mobile display has cracked so I asked them same regarding but the answer was rude and said DO WHAT EVER YOU DO THIS IS WROST SERVICE CENTER PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER

Irresponsible staff no one cares about your service behaves like they are doing everything for free. And the service gosh delays and delays and the service also poor my Macbook again got repaired and they won't tell the reason behind the problem.
Really so dumb.

I'm just really annoyed about this service center, they don't even know whats the issue of my device. So They have replaced my device, after i get the replaced device and when i used it for less than 30min i used to see the same issue i was facing at my original device. So they keep it for 2days and after that they told me that it was an IOS issue and we didn't found any problem. And when i contacted to the service center they told me that it is a hardware issue and they given false information. After all this i have raised a complaint and i submitted the device to them and now they have replaced the device again. So tomorrow is the day i need to take the device & gonna update very soon....!
Issue: Getting multi-screen with random colors whenever i restart the device .

Had very bad experience, the staff are not at all professional and they make you wait for long time just to look at your product.

Worst service, very poor response, They just make their customers to wait and leave it in the end.

Staff have good knowledge and mostly we can get our apple devices repaired here if not able to repair at other places.

This place is an authorised service provider for Apple products. The staff here is not really trained to handle customers in a well mannered way. The range products they offer is also not great.

Problem: Mac book pro not turning on
Solution : they replaced my mother board for free

I gave them 5 star for there service .
The people at aptronics in banjara have seen my macbookpro and said mother board fried up and need to be replaced for money even it comes under warranty and said because it had a water damage.

But conquer came to my rescue they have seen it and said will we replaced for free no water damage at all .

The only problem is they take a lot of time
But it's better to wait for 3 days

It's like a government company worst service no one will answer to call and if we go there no one will take care of customers.
