got fed up with the service. Received only excuses in every request. purchasing laptop(more than 10 Macbook Air) from here was biggest mistake. All employee of our organization(NMDC) are unhappy. No one responds over phone. Door service also takes 2-3 days to reach in the same city.

Is there a negative rating I could do ??? I would . If there's a possibility I would do a total written complaint against this agency and the personnel ... I went to get my i5 repaired but the one sitting at the reception . She had such a terrible attitude that I don't think any words would be able to define . She barely looked at the phone and just literally threw it towards me saying it costs 20k for replacement . Ridiculous ppl. If you guys don't know to behave then just close it and quit yours jobs !

Pathetic. They make customer wait forever and seem to pay no heed to customers valuable time. I have been to other service centre but nothing comes close to this pathetic centre. Only come tot this service centre if u have the patience.

First i had gone to Banjara hills aptronix Service Center for Replacement of my Iphone 6s battery They wont opened my Device also and had given Reckless Answers and i agin visited to conquer Technologies were my problem is solved..

Please ever dont go here the sr.technician and jrs too are very rude especially the sr one.. he is not at all discipline and polite. Dont go to conquer technologies

I went for iPhone 6 Plus Not charging. They said you have to buy new phone instead of repairing. Very small issue back port not working properly. I went outside private people in Aditya enclave , he repaired very nice for 1000 . They don t know anything. For small issue also buy new one this is their concepts

had liquid spill issue with my macbook. They did respond cordially. Service was good as expected. But they didnt clean the PC properly. Could have given better recommendation than asking to simply replace the motherboard.

Such a bullshit service centre I have never very seen in my life, this fellows opened my phone in front of me and kept my phone for 2 days have gave me back saying that already someone opened we cannot service it , I fact no body opened it this motherfuc*kr did

Poor service poor support.
Hard to get in touch over phone to check the status. They even charge for things they couldnt fix and call it analysis. They attach some stickers which is hard to remove remains stain on laptop.

am using iPhone 6S

having issue with receiver volume is very low

1. when i was visited they just cleaned wit brush and said issue is solved..(In-warranty)

2.today only i have visited, they are saying as for cleaning with brush is Rs.500/-(Out of warranty)

Question raised from my side "Why you didn't changed receiver in last visit & why your asking Rs.500/- for just cleaning with brush(it is not servicing)"

Request to you all iPhone users check for another service center for these type of issue...

This is Apple authorised service centre in Hyderabad. I went here for replacement of my IPhone 6s Plus battery and service is fast. Staff is polite and very helpful. But they take service charge min 500 if and only if they need to open your phone otherwise they don t charge. For apple product users this is good service centre in Hyderabad.

I own 7 plus and once visited this place with a problem and the executives where very responsive especially Lateef who helped me not only in solveong my problem but helped me with other information tips and tricks in 7 plus.

Excellent service, got a replacement in very short time

A week ago I had visited this place for my iPhone X screen issue and luckily apple is running a program to fix this problem for free. The moment I entered the place the representative Amin had asked what is the problem and then he sent the phone for diagnose. The staff is very friendly and they re very polite towards customer.

I really loved their service. Please continue to be the same

One of the Apple authorised service centers in Hyderabad. Best service and Best support but no priority service and not consider over night part delivery service for part replacement request.

Worst service experienced ever.Tried to cheat extra money ( warrantee period Mac Book purchased before 6 month only).Not even provided the receipt for what they charged.They are just fraud & doing TAX CHOREE also.

Terrible service by Apple.
My iPhone was not turning on and they suggested that the entire phone had to be replaced, which costs 25k, due to a problem in motherboard.
I took the phone to a 3rd party service center and they identified the problem as a short circuit in motherboard. And fixed my phone for 4000 rupees.

Apple just uses a calibration device to identify the problem and these technicians have absolutely no skills to open and inspect the phone. They dont even provide partial repairs.

Cheap place, people are manupilulative, they never care about your time, after taking the money everytime they will push you for any kind of delivery with every possible way.

I got my Imac repaired when all the other service stations gave up on it. This is the only stop I would take when it comes to apple products. Best in Hyd for sure.

The service is good!! but worst part they do not know how to identify the problem perfectly they only know to replace the part completely and charge you huge sums.Just for checking my Macbook defect they charged me 1000 bucks and told me that i have to replace the part completely.After this i gave my Mac to some other tiny shop they identified it correctly and perfectly dealt with it.

Far better service than Aptronics , i had liquid spill on my macbook it was not switching on took to Aptronics they said motherboard got damaged and won't work. Then I went to conquer they looked into it and did alcohol cleaning boom it's working, service is too good.

This service centre is the worst than any other service centre they don't know how to talk with customers and the service they provide is completely useless

i took my imac yesterday, which is not booting, after trying at Aptronix, banjarahills. had a very good response at Conquer Technologies. the machine is rectified in 15 minutes and not billed even a rupee! Aptronix said that motherboard is damaged and cannot be replaced, since the machine is out dated. replacements are not available in the market.
luckily i had found Conquer who rescued me from reinvesting on a desktop.

Hopeless.Taken lot of time to diagnose and charged too much.But nothing done finally. Worst service.
