Gave my iPhone X with a face I'd issue and got the dead non working phone back. Apparently they are not authorized to give the details to customers why has this happened. "APPLE'S POLICY" - Exact words were said to me. My phone was under warranty and they me to pay 80K if I want a working iPhone X. Why in hell would you call yourself authorized service center.
