Amazing work. Economical and great customer service. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Our landscape construction firm only uses Captain Hook for our dumpsters. They always deliver and pick up on time and are happy to reschedule when necessary. Their drivers are careful and skilled. No scraped driveways, no dented garage doors. We tried 2 or three other firms before Captian Hook and they are head and shoulders better. Always punctual, great drivers and responsive customer service.

Great service at a competitive cost. I used them after another company, Budget Dumpster, just didn't deliver a dumpster I had ordered and on the day promised.

We have used many different dumpster suppliers before finding Captain Hook. We run a tight ship, and communication and prompt service are of utmost importance for us. We required two simple things. 1. Deliver or Pick up when you say you gonna deliver or pick up. 2. Call ahead so we can make sure the area is clear and our crew is ready for the dumpster. We went through 3 different companies, large and small, all of them consistently delayed without a notice, and seldom called before delivery. We have been working with Captain Hook for a few years now, and they are very consistent in their service. Problems with billing are very seldom, and are discovered and resolved quickly. Drivers are friendly and professional. Dispatch is good at communication and stand behind their word.

You guys rock! I called at 10:30 and had a dumpster by 1:30. They picked it up the following morning at 9:30 am on request. I couldn t ask for more. Everyone was friendly and professional. Keep up the great work. I am a life long client.

I worked with Francis and Rich to order a dumpster for me to load my waste from an exterior remodel. Captain Hook personnel were very helpful in my decision, worked with my delivery and pick-up schedule, and was able to drop the dumpster on a slab in my backyard off my driveway. I would definitely recommend Captain Hook for your dumpster needs. Prices are the best in town.

I found Captain Hook by chance many years back while driving around the east side. Soon after, our company hired them to provide dumpsters for a large music event we produce each year (requires an average of 30+ dumpsters per week). They killed it, with top notch professionalism. The owner, office management and drivers and are highly competent, sharp and intuitive. As a bonus, their rates are the best.
We have used Captain Hook for about 5 years now, the company is now a part of our team.
On a personal note - My residence flooded a year ago (not work related). Captain Hook sent a dumpster out to my house (at no charge) to help with the clean up.

I've used this company twice and they are super nice, organized, and downright phenomenal. They are punctual and drop the dumpster off in your driveway (you have a 2-hour window) - you fill it up, and they come pick it up the same day! Perfect service! I highly recommend this place if you are junk collectors like us and you need to do some spring cleaning!

These guys are the best!!!!! We have had a fantastic customer service experience with Francis and the guys at Captain Hook. We had a sticky situation with our dumpster and a 3rd party, and Francis went above and beyond to turn a negative into a positive. All I can say is that these guys have revived old school customer service and it is refreshing. I also want to give credit to the drivers as well. All of them were courteous, upbeat and what we perceived as very efficient. I have never seen gigantic dumpsters moved around and shuffled with such grace :)

We did a big spring cleaning and hired Captain Hook to leave a dumpster at our house so that we could purge at our own pace over a few weeks. The entire experience was great!! The scheduling process was easy and the dumpster was delivered quickly and picked up same day. This was a very effective way to clear the clutter from our home and the customer service was outstanding! The dumpster that they recommended for our job was the perfect size and not bothersome to our neighbors. I will definitely be recommending Captain Hook to my friends and neighbors in the future, working with them for this job was a great experience top to bottom!

After being robbed by River City Dumpsters, who were also unresponsive and completely unorganized, I called Captain Hook. They have absolutely impressed me with their responsive, courteous, and best of all fair pricing. I wish I would have started our new home construction with them, but I know who to recommend.

We used Captain Hook again and got into a bind for a needed pickup on Sunday. They ended up bending over backwards to make it happen and were very patient on what ended up being an over sized load.

Highly recommend this company! I called for same day delivery and the owner had me set up with a delivery within two hours. He was also very flexible when we changed our pick up date and had it picked up that same day. I never had any trouble reaching anyone by phone. This was my first time using any type of dumpster service and I'm so thankful for the smooth experience.

Captain Hook is the only dumpster company that I use in Austin because of the fair price and excellent customer service.

This past week I used Captain Hook for the second time in a few years. As with my first experience, this was easy, seamless, and a huge relief. I received an immediate reply to my query about rates, delivery etc. I arranged for a dumpster which was dropped off exactly when I was told it would be. CH's customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend Captain Hook! We ordered dumpsters from them four times, often with not a long lead time. Super responsive, super reliable, parked dumpster exactly where we wanted and no damage to driveway/yard. Big swinging doors on side of dumpster made it possible to fill them full with ease. Prices were very reasonable and billing process was easy and smooth. We never had to worry if they would show up and they were monumental in helping us cleaning out my dad's hoarder house! Forever grateful!

These guys have been incredible to work with. Michael and Francis are very responsive to phone calls/emails and they always do their best to get us the container we need at the day/time we request. Captain Hook are our go-to folks for our dumpster needs and we are very happy with their service!

These guys helped me work out my needs, delivered a 20 yd dumpster on time, and took my trash away. Their pricing was fair and a bit more open and honest than a lot of the other guys out there. No fuss. No worries. They were great about being flexible - when I needed the dumpster a few extra days they were very reasonable.

PS: They did all this so quickly and quietly, I suspect they're ninjas.

Francis was very friendly and patient in answering my 500 questions about renting a dumpster: size, limitations, delivers, etc. I am so glad I took his advice about the size to rent. Communication about when the dumpster would be picked up and delivered was concise. I had called 4-5 other places, and Captain Hook had the best price. I was nervous about renting a dumpster beforehand, Francis put me at ease. The staff person - sorry, can't recall name, who delivered the dumpster was phenomenal with backing up! I wish I was 1/2 has talented as the driver. WE had a small camper parked in the driveway- there was no need to move it - that is how skillful the deliver driver is/was. If I ever need a dumpster, I will call Captain Hook first. you won't be disappointed.

Not the cheapest, but I will pay for good service over price any day. Dropoff was same-day if I called before noon, and pickup, same deal.

Exceptional customer service is SO hard to find these days, and when you do find it with a company you stick with them. This is how I feel about Captain Hook - I have no need to try another dumpster co. They always answer the phone, can always deliver and pick up promptly, their pricing is competitive, and they go out of their way to help. Recently I accidentally left a lockbox attached to a dumpster that they picked up, and I called expecting a wild goose chase to track it down. Francis himself offered to track it down and deliver it back to my property. I was stunned and so impressed. Highly recommend.
