This property and staff are fantastic. The only reason that I had to leave was due to relocating. From Jamal in member services who is the epitome of professional and kind to the people manning the front desk. When you enter the facility this YMCA is one of the best. When I canceled my membership t...
Great service! I have pretty bad anxiety and I had a tough day but when I came in they kindly and calmly helped me set up my membership. I'm excited to start going!
I like that the Y is a non-profit organization that invests in people. Great place, friendly caring atmosphere, the employees and volunteers really care about helping people. It's clean and there have been a lot of new renovations all donor funded. LOVE the brand new cardio equipment and swimming...
I have sent two emails about the women's sauna. Older women use it as a dressing room and leave the door open. This is unfair to people who use it for heat and comfort. It also waste energy. I did not receive a response to my first email and sent a second one today.
I do cardio and weights. Staff seemed fine to me. Works for me.
I've been to other Ys before, what this place needs is organization, and better management, especially for the aquatics department.
Lots of great group excercise classes. Kirs of machines, basketball, good set up!
There's too much harrasment at this place. Also, yesterday one of the managers got in my face and she yelled at me. Next time they do this again I'm going to call the police.
Took out the boxing club thats been there for over 15 years. Threw out alot of friend's and family that work hard to lose weight and stay together!
One of my favorite Y's, and I've been to Y's all over the Western states, because I often travel for work. The maintenance, cleanliness, and repair of machines is very good.
I would give it 4 1/2 stars, but there are no half-stars.
Very good gym good stuff except Jenifer when you talk to her she doesn't even listen to you and she didn't let me in as a guest i got very disappointed. and Mo And Mary(CEO) are the best talk to them
Worst gym I have ever been to. Service is horrible and annoys me so much.
The little kids that go to basketball are annoying. The staff is super lazy and they don't even have the correct schedules. Please improve your disipline.
Kind of over did it at my regular Y so I came here to use the steam room to get my lactic acid down and work out my legs. It's a lot of minor things and the fact the receptionist was the only courteous staff member I encountered, the rest were a bit I abrupt. For a workout and a swim west Valley Y ...
At 20 minutes to closing time the Manger "MO" ripped open shower curtains and started screaming at patrons to get out. CEO manages to blame the members.
Great place to swim. Staff always kind and curteous. Very delightful.
I lift weights, wife takes class, soon loves to swim and start at the child watch....this place is perfect for a family..staff has been super kind..no complaints
Jamy Chandler supervisor is rude, mean and made racist coments.
Facilities are dirty and the customer service is horrible. Be careful they continue to charge your credit card even after you cancel the membership.
Not sure how the child care works, but I paid $125.00 registration fee, 2 wks later I want to cancel it, the money is not refundable. That sucks.
Great facility, free parking, indoor pool, gym. Looks like they have some renovation going so excited to see what that turns out to be. Jamal with membership services gave me a tour and was super helpful answering any questions I had.
Great staff, classes and facilities. Everyone is welcome
Excellent facilities- they have an awesome pool and a fabulous basketball court. The service here is extremely friendly and courteous. Love this place; would encourage all those considering joining to do so. Hats off to the team at the YMCA for a great experience.
Terrible. Do not become a member here. Basketball courts and swimming pools and most other things are closed off to lessons they sell. As a member the hours are very limited of what you can do and when. Do not recommend.
PLEASE STAY OPEN LATERRRRR MANY PEOPLE WORK LATE AND LOVE THE Y!
My family and I have been involved with the Burbank Y for over 12 years. I didn't give the Y 5 stars because 5 stars means I'm perfectly satisfied with all levels of service and the facilities and I'm not.
I joined the Y in 2006 to rehabilitate my right arm after breaking my shoulder and to get bac...
This is the nicest (cleanest and most modern) Y I've been to. However customer service has gone down the drain. The front desk people are mediocre. They used to have friendly young staff who were energetic and would greet all members, now they have older staff who are grumpy. This month they stopped...
Came to a basketball summer camp here 2 1/2 years ago when I used to play basketball (I believe it was showcase?). The age groups weren t divided. My family pulled me out of there the first chance they got and I didn t even go on the 2nd day.
If you want to go to a health club that has it all in one place at deal of a membership price and you live in Burbank, this is the place for you. Gym... Check. Pool... Check. Classes... check. Steam room... check. Spa... check. Sauna... check Friendly Staff... double check! My only gripe with the pl...
