This property and staff are fantastic. The only reason that I had to leave was due to relocating. From Jamal in member services who is the epitome of professional and kind to the people manning the front desk. When you enter the facility this YMCA is one of the best. When I canceled my membership to move on to my next step in life I was given a handshake a smile and good luck no jumping through hoops or cancellation fees nothing but customer service. If I'm ever back in Burbank I will come back to this YMCA because of the staff and because the YMCA is continually updating and making their facilities better for their Community. Fantastic job. Thank you for everything.
