I had a sos o experience with a customer service rep. After leaving an email I was contacted by one of their managers. Not only did he apologize for the lack of service, but went out of his was to make sure that I was able to purchase the subscriptions I wanted and that they were active in my folio....
Worst product support. You need to be massively technical and even have a USB keyboard but one that uses the tiny end of the USB to set it up. It states there is an app but can't get there. The phone support says email so why bother listing a phone number. Need to return the product
