Brockton Housing Authority is amazing! I love dealing with Nancy, Vinnie, Owen, and Dick. Very nice people! great organization!

They have a great staff. They have always been very helpful and there maintenance men are very appreciated. I have never had to wait long for them to show up regardless of the reason. Keep up the good work

Deplorable service and case workers, ranging from extreme unnecessary rudeness to not returning calls for up to two weeks at a time. T.C., though I won't give her full name, takes the cake for being rude, unhelpful and just plain demeaning. Do not recommend, at all.

I found out that the BHA cut payments they were making on a property that I rent out. I was NEVER notified that this would happen by either the BHA or the tenant. Of course the BHA does not return my phone calls. Obviously my only alternatives are eviction and never trust or renting to section 8 again.

From 0ct 2016 I was number 114 on the list waiting 2019 I called the office I was number 140 worst experience ever.

It seems that those on section 8 and housing can not be held accountable for their actions. Especially when a tenant is clearly breaking their rental agreement and or creating a nuisance to other tenants around them. That being said it seems a section 8 tenant can smoke inside of their unit even if the lease states not to. You are told to contact the landlord to enforce this issue which leads to absolutely nothing being done. And even if a tenant is allowed to smoke within their unit, yet you sign a rental agreement that says no smoking you are told to either "move" and trying to take said section 8 tenants to court is based off of "here say" bad section 8 tenants get rewarded with leeching off of tax payer money to live with little to no rent they have to pay while not even taking care of their units.
