I had a sos o experience with a customer service rep. After leaving an email I was contacted by one of their managers. Not only did he apologize for the lack of service, but went out of his was to make sure that I was able to purchase the subscriptions I wanted and that they were active in my folio. This is what a good manager does. Thank you for taking care of me!
