I've never had a bad experience with them. I had requested some hops that they had very little of. Despite being from another part of the country, they held them for me until I placed my order online to make sure I received them. I have been purchasing my beer ingredients from them ever since!

I have just placed my 7th order with these guys. They have quality ingredients and pretty good prices. Six of the seven orders have been spot on and I got them within a week. One order had some things that were out of stock, I was in no hurry so I waited and received that order in about 2 weeks.
10 days and my order still hasn't shipped. My card was charged within 24 hours. They have not responded to an email I sent 5 days ago. No one ever answers the phone. My two messages have not been returned. Now the voicemail box is full. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I got great service and ingredients here on two occasions. I went in with my recipe and they had everything ready to go for me in minutes. Good prices too! Very friendly.
