I would never have placed an order had I read these reviews previously! The idea of extracting payment for an order and then not shipping the items with no explanation of problems or issues, and absolutely no return communication, was intolerable! I contested the charge with the credit card company and they immediately removed the charge. What is really sad is their lack of customer service.
