I've only visited them locally and usually I call ahead with what I would like to make sure it's there. They've been very friendly on the phone and when I'm there picking up the items, but 2 out of the 3 times I've gone there, something has been done incorrectly. The first time, they messed up on the billing. They were happy to fix it, but it involved a second trip to their store to get it done. The second time, they mixed up the grains and the amounts. I'm sure that they'll fix this, especially since I paid them for the full amount of grains, but it will yet again involve a second trip to their store.
I'd really like to like them more, especially because the quality of the grains seems good, they are a local company, and they seem like great guys, but messing up on simple orders or on ringing up the items more times than not, is unacceptable.
I might be willing to give them another one or two tries with simple orders, but I'll be sure to double check everything before I leave their store front, even if it means bringing my own scales.
