Updated review (8/5/2015): For starters, this location closed a couple of months ago - and it is not hard to see why. I moved back to Atlanta and would place orders online for pick up in store a day or two later. I'd arrive two days after placing my online order and would be told half of my ingredients were not available and would not be available for the foreseeable future. No calls or any form of notification would have been given if I had not gone in to the store - unbelievable. It's too bad, as their website was top notch. I guess that's why Northern Brewer bought it out.

Original review (around 2012):
As mentioned by others, the quality of ingredients here is hard to match. I used to live in Atlanta, so I would just pick up my orders. Never really had a problem with that. I've moved to Charlotte, but order online with them as $7 shipping with no sales tax can't be beat by the local homebrew shops (especially on my larger orders). However, as mentioned in other posts, the only real negative is that when something is out of stock (which tends to happen about half the time when ordering equipment) they aren't always proactive in sending a message to notify the customer. After a few days of no activity I've had to put in a question about what the delay is. Once that is done however, they promptly reply and get the rest of your order out the door. If they could do a better job of keeping their customers up-to-date proactively, they'd be 10/10 - instead I'll go 9/10. Definitely will keep doing business with them.
