My mother receive calls from this company stating she owes money. But she never owes anyone, she always pay her bills in advance. This is a scam. Do not reply and answer their calls.

They keep calling me looking for someone who isnt here. I have had my number for not even 2 months and I have constantly told them that for them to tell me they will remove the number from their system yet still call and try and contact someone who isnt on my end.

THE NEXT PERSON WHO CALLS ME.......WATCH OUT.....YOU HAVE NO IDEA.....

They keep sending us notices for something, without telling us what it is for. It has the wrong trading name and address and no company name. They have been asked time and again what is the debt for and why are they sending the notice with a different trading name. Lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Don't know how effective that will be given they did nothing re the banks.
The company needs to be de-registered.

I have been receiving calls on my mobile for months now from a private number which I kept ignoring. It turned into a daily thing, so I finally answered and they asked for my personal details. I said no, I would like to know what your business does first. They would not tell me until I gave them my details which I did not and I hung up on them. Now if I'm correct, you have right to know and a normal business would be glad to tell you what they are about. Yes I do have a couple of small Dept's which were referred to other agency's such as COLLECTION HOUSE, none of my Dept's have been referred to baycorp (no emails or anything referring to baycorp). If anyone has more info on this business it would be very helpful to those who have no idea who these people are.

BAY CORP NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!!

PAYING AN OUTSTANDING POWER BILL THAT WAS DISPUTED FOR A BIG REASON, WE NEGOTIATED A FINAL PAYMENT WITH BAY CORP AND TODAY 3 YEARS LATER FIND THAT THEY HAVE NOT DONE THERE DUE DILIGENCE AND TAKEN THE DEFAULT OFF THERE SYSTEM AND GAVE US A BAD CREDIT RATING WHEN TAKING A HOUSE LOAN APP OUT. VERY BAD SERVICE, VERY BAD MANAGEMENT AND TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER AS OUR HOUSE LOAN APP WAS REJECTED COLD BECAUSE OF SOMETHING BAY CORP DIDNT DO RIGHT 3 YEARS AGO?

Everytime i am contacted by them they make no sense also the question they ask me have nothing to do with the matter aswell the rudeness plus they are saying its for a debt with telstra that was in 2007 but it was transfered to them in 2010 it just dosnt add up aswell as them telling me its 2 thousand dollars but if i can pay in full it will come to like 900 dollars how is that right

My number is private. Baycorp have been informed of this and continues to call my private phone number if this continues I will be forced to take legal an criminal action as it is a criminal offence under commonwealth law. I am constantly being harassed by them, i caught them out on thier scam saying I owed money, i called up the company I supposedly owe money too, i don't owe a cent. They first contacted me through email. Every number they have called off of I have blocked, they have started calling off a private number. And leaving blank voicemails. ( which has happened off all the other numbers as well) and just given them the final warning about getting the police involved.

I contacted Baycorp to pay a debt & if I paid by credit card, they would reduce the rate. So I handed my card number over, to not only pay the debt, but also to buy forgein currency of $932.50 of which I knew nothing about. My card has since been cancelled & Baycorp says it did not come out under Baycorp, Naturally the dishonest staff are not that stupid. so NEVER use your card to pay them.

Hello Aimee here , I 'm Newcastle NSW and over the past few years I have the unfortunate experience of dealing these lunatics at Baycorp in Parramatta they make out the care about the customers but they don't all they're worried about is getting the money that actually is meant for the company ( Westpac Bank ) , We tell them time and time again not to freaking keep calling me and they oh we will put that on our computer but do you they listen Not they need charging by police for harassment and intimidation and for threatening customers with legal action that never actually happens bloody pack of lying idiots that need shutting down by fair trading , Thanks for your unprofessional help , Not Recommended At all . They have been chasing me for years on an apparent AGL account for a property i didn't live at at the time, I have asked several times for a copy of the invoice unpaid or the actual date and they can't seem to get their act together to send it. I think it's odd that a gas bill can come to exactly $125.00, what are the chances your bill just gets rounded off to an even number???

Constantly calling me regarding a debt with a family member of mine. I am personally in no debt and do not owe money. Unsure how they got my phone number. The person I spoke to didn't seem like a professional at all. Very annoying.

Today I suddenly have a feeling that my brother who already left the country might have unpaid debt somehow since his letters still coming thru. Normally i dont read his letter but this time I did due to my feelings.

It was a letter by Baycorp collecting debt and its final notice that would cause my brother in trouble in the next 3 days. I have contacted my brother straight away and he had paid, but i decided to call baycorp just incase the funds doesnt reach them ontime since its from overseas.

The operator then was going on and on about im breaching my own brothers privacy. Hello? First of all my brother owns all rights against if his privacy been breached or not, its not ur call. Secondly, if i had not read the letter my brother would be in big trouble.

That dude never stop telling me to destroy the letter or return it. Go return yourself into your mums womb.

Called me saying I owned them money. I knew I didn t have anything outstanding and questioned them further she then went on and asked my date of birth and personal information which I declined to give her, when She Asked what year I was born, which she said was incorrect I said no, she hung up on me with no apology. This number had been hounding me for days. This company is a pack of vouchers!

Very bad customer service over the phone call they don t want to say what kind of company are they and why they call you !?

Not really a good service, call up for help and keep on transferring you to other sections says they don't do what your after for help.

NAB have just cancelled my credit cards after 30 yrs with them. All because of the low life, underhanded and illegal practices of BayCorp.
NO ONE has ever contacted me to say I owe them a measly 1200.dollars. I still don't know who.

Baycorp tell me I have a debt to pay but they will not provide me with what the debt is for. I feel like a broken record now everytime they ring I repeat the same; please provide me with the details of what the debt was incurred for /send me a copy of the invoice tell me for what goods or services it was incurred for.
About 18 months ago they told me they would send a copy of the invoice showing what the debt was but instead they sent me a letter asking me to provide them with a copy of the invoice that I supposably have not paid (????)
This is madness. They won't provide details which makes it impossible for me to have my bookkeeper check and provide proof of payment as all my accounts are up to date. This company has been harassing me and taking up my time for 2 1/2 years now.
There should be very strong repercussions and very heavy fines for businesses of this type that conduct themselves in this way.

Do not supply personal data, it's a con to obtain legal data they do not have after bulk debt purchase. Fraudulent documentation is likely. No proof, no debt

One star for a reason. I emailed trying to pay an outstanding debt and never got a response. I called and paid the debt, am still waiting over a month later for my credit score to be updated. I have emailed and called with no responses.

The harassment and attempted extortion by these thieves is infuriating, nice of them to make their address known though. I wonder if they have the same abusive belligerent attitude face to face...

Appalling. My son s won a scholarship for a gifted and talented program at a government school. The school sent me an invoice for charges that were covered by the scholarship. When I didn t pay it they referred me to this bunch of w@nkers. Received a notice from Baycorp during school holidays, 3 days after it was mailed, giving me 7 days from the date of issue to pay it and threatening further action, negative credit rating etc if I failed to do so. The notice demanded a random amount of money, different to what was stated on the original school account and offered no explanation. I contacted Baycorp immediately and explained the situation. They agreed to request an itemised account from the school and to put the matter on hold whilst this was pending ( I got this from them in writing). Baycorp then proceeded to persistently harass both my husband and I numerous times by phone whilst the account was on hold. My husbands name wasn t even on the account. Absolutely horrific!

I wish I could vote 0 stars. My phone number was recycled from someone else. This person had debt owing and Baycorp was chasing them. Since this number has been passed to me, I have received calls consistently, sometimes multiple times a day (at 6:30 in the morning) and sometimes once a week. I have received text messages.

I have called them about this three separate times and each time the account manager apologised and said he would put a note saying not to call my number. I just received ANOTHER call at 6:30 in the morning. This is harassment at this point. I ve let them know if they continue to call me, I will file a complaint against them for harassment.

Texted me saying please contact them but I have no reason to be contacted by them.

Can not negotiate with these people, disgusting ethics and no sympathy for anybodies situation, they treat you like a criminal

BAYCORP are as useful as a ashtray on a motorbike. They do the underhanded work of another useless organisation SENSIS YELLOW PAGES who set these dogs onto me for a debt that occurred when SENSIS YELLOW PAGES........ get this ........ omitted to put my advert in the YELLOW PAGES. Thats right, the book went to print and I had no advert.
I still had BAYCORP on my hammer even though there was no debt due. They were asking me for proof even though I insisted they contact SENSIS who employed them, to hear it from them that there was no money outstanding. That apparently was not possible, the proof had to be from me. JOKE!! My google rating for them is.. MINUS the biggest number you can think of. Then that multiplied by ten for SENSIS YELLOW PAGES. Both parties would be flat out organizing a chook raffle.

Call up, don't tell you what they are calling for, literally ask for your DOB in the same breathe. I wasn't the person they were looking for but they had taken my number and added it to this other person's account (same name), I've never dealt with them or had a bad debt, seems VERY dodgy and poor practice! Find a better way to do business, in "protecting the privacy" of the person you were looking for, I feel like you've compromised MINE.
