Very clean, cozy, nice view, great architecture, and good free wifi access..

It s so big that you ca n t go around even if you re here all day

Great airport, good for long hours transit layover. Nice transit lounge. Free shower pay $3 for towel.

Since its opening in 2001, Incheon International Airport, which has been ranked No. 1 in the global airport service evaluation for 12 consecutive years, has officially opened the 2nd passenger terminal in 2018. Passenger Terminal 2, which opened in nine years since its construction in 2009, is an entertainment space with the concept of Artport and Art + Airport.

The convenience for passengers has also been upgraded to reduce boarding times by using automatic baggage checks at unmanned check-in counters and smart counters, strengthening tourist guidance with various advanced technologies such as guide robots and interactive information guides, and enhancing aviation security.

During the check-in time, which is significantly reduced, you can enjoy various cultural spaces and attractions provided by the airport. The restaurant offers a variety of carefully selected restaurants from all over the country, from franchise restaurants and various dessert cafes. It also features an indoor garden, various installation arts, and an exhibition hall. In addition, various performances take place in front of the Korean Traditional Culture Center.

I am from Cebu today. Quarantine is really thorough. All of you are doing a lot of work and fighting Korea.

Great free and fast WiFi, enough charging plugs in seating areas.
Queues at the transfer security check move quickly- despite the hall being fully filed it took less than 10 mins. Courteous security officers.
Shopping diversity is low, and seating capacity for food places is quickly reached.

Its desgined beautifully but it has lot of waiting time despite small no. Of people come to korea.

Incheon airport is really my favorite airport. I love how responsible and fast the staffs are. Furthermore, they are so friendly. I arrived late to the airport, they helped me to check in. The food in here are so nice and affordable (almost same price as the whole place in seoul). There're bathroom that u can use in this airport (with fee).

Visited Seoul and Jeju in the last week of September 2019 with my friend.
We arrived at Incheon International Airport and were pleased that there are many retail shops and food outlets, bakery shops and travel related stores for the convenience of passengers. The airport is clean and spacious with many modern amenities.
We were particularly pleased with the friendly staff at the Tax Refund area on our return trip.
I was very glad to be served by a female staff in blue jacket at the tax refund kiosks. She was very friendly and courteous in helping me to register my tax claim. I recalled she wore a manager badge on her blue jacket.

Clean, convenient, luxurious. Best airport on Earth.

A little surprised/miffed to find the food courts close at 9:30 pm while the airport was very busy and crowded for a 30 minute "break"

There was too much flight time left, so when I arrived, it was a lot uncomfortable waiting.

Incheon is by far one of the most well organized and experienceful airports. Couple this with cheapest duty free suopping too! definitely a never to miss lauover or a stopover place. For those who are depsrting out of the countru rather late, things arent open but there are free sjower facilities and resting zones available.

The transit area is awesome, can't wait for my tour.

It is very convenient to rent a WIFI machine on site. The airport is very large. It is recommended to arrive early and walk for a long time.

This airport is so clean, friendly people working there. Restroom also very clean, it's all shiny and smell is nice. Have a lot of places for seat, a lot of shops. Very modern looking airport.

Super clean and efficient airport! Clear signs to customs or transfers. Customs is clear for foreigners. Staff was professional. No issues getting thru. Ensure you keep all documents given at customs since you need them to exit the airport. Documents are checked upon exit once you grab luggage after customs. You basically all file into a single line to get checked then walk out to be greeted by family out depart airport.

Best airport ever. During COVID-19 big discount in all shops.

It was quite a long time ago, but I don't think it was particularly inconvenient.

I've been to many airports, but the only airport I can compare to Incheon Airport is Schiphol Airport. I think it is the airport that offers the best facilities and services.

Great but the KAL louge wasn't that impressive. The gates and direction also made me a bit confused .

Very clean. And waiting areas near the gates are large enough to comfortably seat a lot of people. Nice and friendly staff as well @koreanair

Very nice new Airport terminal 2 and amenities second to none. Transfer lounge awesome, spacious and friendly. Love that free shower , a tremendous enjoyment after a long stopover or transfer.

After 101 GATE, you can get on the shuttle, but you can't go back.
I was thinking about buying souvenirs, so I moved to think that I could buy it over there.
There are shops, but the DUTYFREE shop has only a place called SHINSEGAE, and I usually bought it at DUTYFREE in LOTTE.
I thought it was like saying that I couldn't go back, but I couldn't go home empty-handed, so I bought souvenirs at SHINSEGAE.
I bought it, but the bag for souvenirs doesn't close.
If you put it in the luggage rack on board, it will fall apart.
For the time being, I will refill the backpack and take it home.
Please think for a moment, clerk.
From the next time, I will buy at LOTTE DUTYFREE before moving on the shuttle.

I'm a frequent traveler. This is the most beautiful and most convenient airport I visit. There are so many great ideas embodied here to make things go well for travelers.

Love this airport because it's very convenient. You have choices to take the bus, the express train or taxi to anywhere.

The best airport I have ever been to. Exceptional facilities, fast internet and very helpful staff. A benchmark for other airports to follow. I hope I get the chance to travel through this more - wouldn't mind a long layover too. Keep it up.

Terminal 2, 5G experience zone is great to spend spare time for kidos

Nice modern airport. But, there were several times, I never found where you can buy food. In the aircraft waiting area, after passing through customs, exit, turn left and go to the very end. According to reviews, here you can buy coffee and eat.

One of the airports l enjoyed going. Clean and convenient. Especially these days that most of the natives can now speak little english its easier.

A high international airport that is always in the world with five fingers every year.
All the facilities are very convenient and well done. It is the airport which can give me just five stars.
The reason I give only five is that Incheon Airport, which is the strongest airport, has its drawbacks, and the airport is really unnecessarily large. You can get tired just by walking around a few times.
Of course, the airport is not a place to go homeless, but if people are forced to homeless, they do not look good.

Terminal 2 was a great idea poorly executed. Staff now assume you understand the mechanics as a Korean and no longer update flight statuses with proper counters for extra processing that foreigners often need: all the smart drop options and smart checkin kiosks do nothing but serve to remind you that you are an anomaly.

I've been to Terminal 2 for the first time, but it was quiet, the facilities were good, and anyway, it was so good.

Because of the epidemic, strict control...it took a while to get out! The service staff is very patient!

*warning* Homeless people hit international guest with no reason. The security and police said that the airport is homeless's home. So they would not help you. It's ridiculous.

I was told to wait for a while at check-in, why wait for 40 minutes somehow.
Because of that, I was about to miss the airplane and it seemed like I was about to cry, I checked my baggage and dashed everything.
What was that? It is still a mystery ...

One of the best airport I've ever known. It's clean and so busy.

The first gateway to the Republic of Korea in the Myeongsil Sangbu. Incheon International Airport facilities are good and spacious. I highly recommend it. However, there is a little difference between the price inside the airport and the price outside the airport. Fighting for all those who are struggling with quarantine!!

Very good and very big airport. Metro is available arrival section to immegration desk.

There are a total of 111 quarantine officials at the airport, which equates to one official having covered some 30,000 passengers.

As Korea's airport is the largest international airport in Asia, it is convenient in terms of size, facilities and transportation.

I have never seen an international airport so empty... there only employees there except for our flight.
