Didn t balance my tyres/wheels properly and didn t apologise when they had to be redone. Sexiest in the way the boss spoke to me thinking I knew nothing about a car!

Meant to post something positive about these guys for some time. I've used them for years and will continue to do so! In short, if you're looking for a garage you can trust, I can safely say, it's these guys! They're honest, friendly and don't look to take as much as they can get, like others I've used in the past. If something doesn't need done, they don't do it!
If there's work to be done, I've had it explained in detail, with them taking photos to better explain. Great guys and service!

Never again. Told me on the phone I needed work for MOT that wasn't actually required. I took my car to another garage and was told not only where the parts fine but the MOT failure didn't even mention the need for this work. Attempted rip off!

Avoid! Recently serviced my car here back in September 2017. First problem was they were unable to remove one of the spark plugs stating it is seized. Returned the car under their advice a couple of week later after they poured some More

Have used the garage on and off for several years, and every time they have performed a repair, service or MOT on my car, the job was clearly done well and professionally, and I've had no issues with the work completed.

Customer service is excellent, as the front desk calls you to notify of any extra repairs that need to be performed (for the MOT for example, and inform you as to what the cost would be, and whether or not you'd like them to proceed with, as opposed to what some other garages do, which is just to go ahead and complete the work without calling you, and so you only find out of the extra repair costs when they sheepishly slide the invoice over to you.

Second 2 None also call you as soon as your car is ready which is very useful and top customer service. Definitely recommend!
