Hello Aimee here , I 'm Newcastle NSW and over the past few years I have the unfortunate experience of dealing these lunatics at Baycorp in Parramatta they make out the care about the customers but they don't all they're worried about is getting the money that actually is meant for the company ( Westpac Bank ) , We tell them time and time again not to freaking keep calling me and they oh we will put that on our computer but do you they listen Not they need charging by police for harassment and intimidation and for threatening customers with legal action that never actually happens bloody pack of lying idiots that need shutting down by fair trading , Thanks for your unprofessional help , Not Recommended At all .
