Ok this is just an update on this review, i returned my car this week as im going away on holiday for 4 weeks, and let me tell you how fantastic otto is. Ive been with otto for 9 months now and not a single problem, upon returning my car it was inspected for damages by abdul who is just fantastic and polite, no problems or issues, the whole process took 15 minutes. Before returning the car otto has a few guidelines such as bringing the car back as you were given, clean and same level of fuel and also before midday, i followed these steps and perfect service by otto once again. Thank you Abdul for your help, also Kieron from taking the time to wish me a nice holiday, i will be back in 4 weeks for another car and will be with otto for years to come. I cannot recommend OTTO enough. Best customer service i have received. Love you guys.

Hello I am with Otto cars for about a year and I am very happy with them. They were always helpful and nice to me, providing service that satisfied me.

Terrible service, called to make an appointment and was told to get there for 3.30., got there for 3pm and was kept waiting till 3. 50 where I was then told to come back another day as they couldn't attend to me.

Dont go there. You will waste your time and money dealing with these people like i did. Best to take your business elsewhere to a company who actually has cars available and are happy to rent.

They are a cheating company. When you will return your car , they will charge you thousand for nearly a small scratch

I took Toyota prius 2016 plate brand new. Picked it up from the office back in 2016. The day i paid the deposit till my final payment on 04/07/2019 ( i took some holiday breaks also) OTTO looked after me. Never had an issue. If there was an issue i am sure it was from my part. I went all the way to their office in Hammersmith, only to be told there are no cars available. If that's the case then why not update the website, instead of making the consumers think there is stock . Don't get me wrong, the adviser wasn't rude and was professional throughout my shock that they don't actually have any cars in stock .But I wasn't offered a reservation option for (late next week) and I felt like this was a business that already had so much going on that they lost their focus on how to actually win business .

What I really like about the team of guys working for this company, is the relaxed and 150 % supportive way they treat you in any circumstances. You really have the strong feeling that they work there for you, and that they always try hard to come out with the best deal possible for you. And this is wonderful.

For all you drives out there, beware and be careful with Otto. Looking at their reviews has made me want to write my own personal experience received from Otto. But firstly I am very shocked how Otto has received so many good reviews in no time, matter of hours! I thought that was very cheeky, that he had the audacity to offer me such an offer! At that point I was confused and in 2 minds if I should take his offer. Looking back now, it is a very cheap company, with cheats. It seems as though Otto isn't paying their staff well enough to have encouraged such offers to its customers. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same experience. Also to back my statement, I have Visual recording of this test and conversation. I wish I had shared this experience earlier and not kept quiet. Otto you really need to make your test uniform across Otto and consistent and not pick and choose who you fail. Just so you know I have passed my paramedic test with great ease, within weeks of your instructor failing me. Otto is doing something very wrong! And so with many people. If there's anyone else out there, please support me to report this company to the Trading standards. OTTO PLEASE DO NOT TRY AND DENY MY EXISTENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY, LIKE YOU HAVE SAID TO MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW. FOR THE RECORED, I HAVE EMAILED OTTO BEFORE AND GOT NO RESPONSE.

Theory and practical driving tests for someone with over 10years driving experience, zero points, 5years no claim and 4.96 rating? Surely safety is a must but the records should count. Perhaps you can be honest to new drivers when you don't have the cars to rent rather than misjudging.

I have been using Ottocar for a few years now - I am very happy with their service. The team rocks! They have been very supportive during lockdown. If some of them are well above 5 stars, Abdul Razak in Hammersmith and Nick Brooks in the account department are the most articulate and helpful characters you wish to speak to.

Great experience with a rental car.... I was new at PCO driving and I was introduced to Otto Car. I went in and everyone was professional and understood my needs. Took a small test drive on Toyota Prius AJ helped me understand the paper work uploaded all documents on the UBER platform and I was on the road in no time. Outstanding work guy's keep it up. I am back here again to get a brand new car

Absolutely great service at Otto Hamersmith. These guys know their stuff. They treat you with respect and curtesy. Dealt with Abdul who showed great care and time. If you don't have at least 6 mounth driving experience in London thay won't give you a car. To bad ! It dosent say that eny wher i crosed London for nothing!!!! Tk alot

It's super staff I don t care what kind of office they have , but they have excellent Servises I'm telling you in 1 hour they uploaded all my documents and I chose my car and got key after 2 hours I was on the road with my costumer from Uber , thanks to Otto car

Ottocar is highly recommended PCO Car rental/buy company where they do and help with everything a PCO driver needs (especial tech disruptive company like Uber brining new drivers).I am sure from my experience there is no other company can be as good as Ottocar.

When I joined, Matt was very helpful. But now I found out staff are inefficient and disrespectful. Even though we pay for MOT, ROAD tax and license fee, we don't have right to choose date and time of appointment. Not to mention, though we pay part of their wages, still we don't deserved to be consulted before making appointment. Because that's how they work! Disappointing and disgraceful.

One of the best I did try rent to buy from Splend but they were horrible. I am with otto car since 2 years and really happy. They do take care of drivers and cars both. They got many different events all around the year to enjoy with my family especially Cricket .

i returned my car as I have taken, but they charged my 1420 pound extra for damage and mileage

Check every documents before you rent! Dont talk to Head office they put you on hold while you talk!go to Hammersmith branch only! Check car key working or not or the car has issues! Othervise they make you to drive to service while you are paying rent!!!OTTOHELL!!

i have 35 years license drivers they makeme test for rent me rubbish pruis , a lot of companys in all london more cheap very bad adviser and employer never back for them any driver should be no work with this company under 0 star.

15 years im driving in london everyday and 10 years driving lorry 5 days a week,clean licence and never had na accident.Today i had assesment and the man told me im drive not good enough to rent the car from otto cars.Absolutly joke.

The guy who is doing driving assessment at Hammersmith branch is totally unprofessional guy who don t even know how to speak with the clients I think rather then taking driving assessments he should learn some professionalism first.. waste of time never go there again.
