I bought a truck 8 months ago from this seemingly good used car lot. It has been nothing but a nightmare. The first thing is, I was told it had a heater that was a lie because where the heater is supposed to be there is an empty space. The next thing i was driving down the road the radiator blew, not just a crack but a fist sized hole. Now as i type this the ignition cylinder refuses to turn the transmission blew and there is still a radiator leak some where in the engine. On top of all that the tire popped and the suspension is shot. I only drive this truck to and from work, 20 miles tops. When I called them to see what they could do about it they told me that it was not there responsibility to fix any of it, they used the words "Buyer Beware," and that I could not return it, even when I offered to pay the $200 restocking fee. Long story short take the time and think about this when purchasing your next vehicle from them!

My boyfriend bought a car from this dealership about two months ago, Pontiac GTO, and after driving the car a good 3 hrs back home, 2 weeks later it was acting up. These people helped out and we were able to take the car back, have them fix the engine problem, AND get a full tank of gas. They are honest and straight forward. I would recommend them.

Auto Finance Experts have done a great job again! Ty and his whole crew are friendly, have great customer service, and do VERY honest work. I have been there several times for repairs on both of our family cars. They have done a GREAT job each time. Grateful to have a very solid place to take our cars that we can TRUST.

Love this place!!! They helped me from the beginning to the end. I loved my car enjoyed it and everything! I had to move out of state and instead of me having a repo under my name they brought it back from me so my name would be clear. And I'm able to get another car else where. Friendly and loving staff!!! It's not a brand new car but it was decent for me got me from A to B everyday. I'd go back there for another car..who knows!? I might..lol!!!

Good to have people that speak both Spanish and English. I am bilingual but it is refreshing to not have to translate everything for them when making a major purchase. The transaction went smoothly and their language skills are very much appreciated.

Deceptive individuals...all the way from the individual who assists with the financing side to the salespeople to the management...thank goodness I didn't purchase the truck that they tried to sell me. After days of email correspondence and getting pre-approved, I drove five hours to see the vehicle. It was hideous! They had purposely taken photos of the interior of the truck and hidden the fact that the entire front middle console was completely smashed. I slid underneath the vehicle and they hadn't even been smart enough to steam clean it...the truck was dripping oil like crazy. I was livid. It took me less than 10 minutes to tell them where to go and how to get there...they practically begged me to buy the truck. No way; not then, not now, not ever! Protect yourself and stay away from this place.

Great customer service. They really treat you like family, they tell you everything straight up and the financing is pretty good, even if your credit scores aren t that great. Their prices are also very good compared to the other competitors. If you go make sure you ask for Ty.

I love this dealership! When I bought a car they were barbequing steaks and burgers and playing music. It was really fun. I told them I had bad credit right away, but they still found a way to get me approved through a bank. I ve had my car for 3 months and my score has already gone up. All their cars are checked out. The people who work there are great and have extensive knowledge about the cars they sell. I definitely recommend this dealership over any in the area. This place is awesome!!

After just two weeks of driving a car purchased from auto finance, the transmission stopped working. I asked them if they can please give me my money back and they said no even though I drove for less than ten miles!! They kept using religion as an excuse to be poor car salesmen and kept blaming it on me just because I drove it! I do not trust these men and I will warn everyone about this place; they seemed so nice but when my care broke down they turned their backs on me!

Nowaz Mohiuddin was great!! I texted him about matching another dealer offer. He matched it right away. Car was ready when we got there. Only there for 1 1/2 hours total. He was really nice. My first experience leasing and it was very easy!!

Please be weary of this dealership. They were very accommodating in getting the vehicle sold and seemed to actually bend over backwards to get me into the car. However after having the vehicle for only 3 weeks, it completely broke down due to shady repair work from their repair shop, and lie to the financing company about our deal. I am now looking at almost 4000$ to get the car even operating, if nothing else if found. I will be hiring a Lawyer to look into this. Please everyone please be very careful about this dealership.

I recently purchased a truck from these guys and from the jump I was treated with exceptional service. A nice gentleman named Arty was my salesman and he actually helped me to be more reasonable with my selection of truck which lead me to be in a much better position financially than I would have been with my first choice on the lot. Just that there showed me how honest and legit the things are there. I've recently had to deal with Shannon who is the office manager and her great patients and diligent customer service is extraordinary. I can't speak enough about how nice she is. It's evident that the whole staff behaves this way too, because every time I call whether it is Christian, Arty, or Shannon I'm treated with such respect.
