Clean, professional, and friendly!! Came with a large group and they happily accommodated all of us. High satisfaction all around!

After reading the reviews I went in and the reviews were right, they don t have prices listed inside which I don t like but i think that might be because they are remodeling in there it s pretty and clean, i looked at the prices online and it says it s 40 for dip manicure, she told me it would be 45 I didn t protest that it was 5 more than the website said, she asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed I don t like when they try to upsell you, you can clearly see my brows are well groomed and don t need a wax. After she was done with my nails she told me she was giving me a discount and only gonna charge me 40. Same thing other people have said they pretend like they are giving you a discount when it s really just the actual price lol. She did an ok job on the nails they were a little thick. I had three small cuts that were bleeding when I left.

I have been here a many times, sometimes depending on who you get depends on how well your service is honestly, so good luck coming here and getting unlucky like me. Yesterday I did a walk-in for a pedicure. The lady that gave me my pedicure never mentioned her name, didn t even tell me when she was done, she just walked off and started on a new person. Didn t ask how I liked it. What customer service is this?! I wanted all white gel. When I got home, I got a closer look and the paint job was disgusting, cubical was horribly trimmed and she didn t even do a good foot scrub. I still feel calluses. I m very disappointed & done giving this place chances. Don t waste your time and money at this place.

I go to Jackie (store manager) every time to get my nails done. She is helpful, quick and one of the best techs there. The pictures are my nails even a week after they were done. Best to make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome too. 5/5

I like it so much, they are very professional and the massage chairs make it feel very relaxed. I sugest to call to make an appointment as it seems that is always busy. No complaints this time.

They were very inviting and accommodated my entire party of 8. My daughter is 4 and they took really good care of her during her mani and pedi. Quick service and the customers are awesome as well.

Deserves 0 stars. I got my brows done here a few months ago and a day later I had a rash under one of my brows. And it turned into an open wound. I was so confused because I ve been to this place multiple times before and loved how my brows turned out. I tied to call them and tell them what happened they weren t understanding my concerns and so I ended up reporting them to the better business bureau. I hope they ve fixed their sanitization.

This place is just okay. The main nail girl argues with you tells you what she thinks is better instead of listening to what you want. I wanted a simple nail design and she complained the whole time. Made me uncomfortable and angry. Told me I need to send her a picture before hand ( Ive never had anyone tell me this for a simple marble design..Never) 15 dollars for gel nail polish and then they charge 5 to remove it. Thats 20 extra dollars. Ive never paid more then 10. If you dont want gel polish The main nail ladie gets an attitude. She is not the owner but acts as if she is. To many bad experiences. I wont be back. FYI the rude nail technician name was Jackie.

This is my go to nail place. It's very quite, unlike other nail salons where they yell at each other all the time. Staff is super friendly. Never had a bad pedi or fill. Ask for Kim or Jackie. This is a hidden gem of a nail salon. Prices are in line with what you pay for other asian nail salons in Minneapolis.

0/10 I would not recommend!! If you want an infected toe, come here!!! I had been coming here for my last few pedicures. I called ahead and booked and appointment for a mani/pedi. Came in at my time and sat down for a mani. They finish my mani and ask me to pay, I said I booked it for a pedi too?? They told me they didn't have time and I was confused because I booked an appointment? So then the manager magically fits me in. I sit with my feet soaking for 20 minutes and then a woman comes to do my pedicure. I paid $45 for a completely rushed service. Also felt like it was rude because she kept commenting on my legs and saying she does leg waxes, I grow my leg hair out for my leg waxes so they were hairy at the time, my friend does my waxes who is a ESTHETICIAN... nail techs are not supposed to wax, Only cosmetologists and estheticians. i asked her if she was a cosmetologist or just a nail tech and she said tech! Uhm can you say illegal? I declined her service and then She asked me two more times throughout my service and I thought that was very rude but it wouldn't be the first time.. Moving on... I got my pedicure on a Friday and the following Wednesday I look down because my big toe is hurting and I have a huge blister filled with pus and blood, it was red swollen and hot!!! I was so mad! So I went up to the shop to have them look at it and the manager gives me a gift card for $15 UM?? Why would I want to come back here? So then I was just gonna count my losses until a week and a half later my toe is still completely infected!! I then had to go to the doctor for this infection! The doctor said it was completely from their malpractice and or unsanitary tools! I was so mad!!! So I called and asked for a refund, now that I have a $200 doctor bill. And they refused to refund me. Said that it's impossible to do a refund on their system. I know they are lying! The manager then offered me a free pedicure, and like I said above why would I want to come back???? I am so upset about my service here!! I asked the manager to contact the owners again to PLEASE ask for my refund and I never received a call back. I am so disappointed! I didn't know where to turn besides writing a review! Please refund me for my service. It's a month later and now my toe skin is peeling. This has never happened to me in the last 8 years I've been getting regular pedicures. I am so beyond upset!!!

Lifetime Nails is the only place I trust with my nails! The staff is great, it is very clean and the best massage chairs when you get a pedi! I moved recently and tried to find something closer to home and after 6-7 other salons there was nothing that compared!

I went to this location for the first time today. It was pretty busy when I went in for a walk in. Picked out my color and after about 5-10mins of waiting I got seated. Then, waiting another 15min or so for someone and check up on me. The lady had the water pretty cold for my pedicure at first and another lady came and fixed that issue for me. Overall experience the service was alright the nail lady offered water to this customer next to me and I've been waiting longer and did not get offered water but the quality they put in I would say it was very good for how busy they were. Usually most places I've been would rush through my nails and move onto the next customer. But, sadly my nails (gel) has already chipped a bit on one of my fingers and it hasn't even been 24hrs.

First time going there, me and my sister in law are happy with our nails.

Very poor experience and customer service. Some of the dip color samples aren t even accurate at all and my technician tried to argue it with me and keep putting on a color that wasn t even close to what I asked for. She made me bleed too and didn t want me to get up and wash my hands before she kept going with the manicure. Unsanitary.

Fabulous. They remodelled and have a new menu of luscious mani/pedis that include soothing massages! They are always friendly. And the place is spotless!! Love!!

I have been going there for years and am pleased with the work because the staff is just great. They always make you feel welcome. During busy times of the day which are typically weekends and after 5pm on week days, it makes most sense to make an appointment.

Always leave happy. They always take their time and do my just rush you in and out the door like most places. Reasonable prices and lots of different options for manicures and pedicures.

This salon is always clean and does a fantastic job !!!! Jackie is amazing and I always drive out of my way to go this location

I am very happy with this place. It is my second time here and both times were great. Jackie and another woman helped me this time and both were wonderful. I really appreciate Jackie as she made some good suggestions to help with my manicure goals and what I want my nails to look like. I will be back again.

Horrible! Had no idea how to file a nail! Absolutely ruined my nails!

This place was a waste of my money. They don t tell you the price before they start painting, so you spend more than you were expecting. I m beyond mad at how my experience was. My nails were cut too short, the lady that was doing my fingers stopped to talk to the lady sitting next her her several times, and jerked my hands around unlike anyplace that I have ever been. Giving one star is being generous.

I was very disappointed in the end. When I started with them I asked for coffin shape nails and I got them. Now, two fills later, I no longer have coffin shaped nails. My nails are straight and squared. Disappointed, I tip well too!

First time customer, I went the last hour before closing. Very welcoming and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Ruby was happy to take me for a manicure set, she was very patient and attentive to what I've asked and did an AMAZING job. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff but my nails look cheap. I could've done a better job myself. Lines were crooked and half of my pinky nail didn't even get any polish on it. Not sure why it has so many great reviews because it is not great at all. Very disappointed. I want my money back.

Every time I've been there with an appointment I've had to wait for at least 30 minutes after the appointment time for someone to even acknowledge I was there. With a group, everyone was started on time but I was ignored. Why make an appointment if they dont adhere to it. Why go there at all?

The employees spoke a different language the whole time we were there. They acted like it was an imposition to do our nails. I am not into small talk but they were very unfriendly.

Great nail service, not so great brows. I always love my nails here! Unfortunately the brow girl likes to argue with me about my brown shape and I usually end up going home and fixing them.

Got my gel nails done and it peeld off in less than a week. Usually this Gel should last 2 weeks to a month. Not worth money.

Never never again for this salon. Called two days in advance asking for ombre nails and was assured that the salon would be able to complete the style. Four and a half hours later I am still here with no ombre nails. I was late to work and asked if I could come back to get my nails complete. Even paid ahead. Now I am back and I was then told that I asked for too many styles. Why? Because the tech could not do the colors I wanted, so I switched to something I thought would be simple, and of course, that was a fail. In addition to misrepresenting their styling abilities, the nails techs have been gossiping about me in their language. I have been very polite, but at this point, I WILL NEVER RETUN TO THIS PLACE!!! Very disappointed in this establishment.

I ve been to this place a few times. Every time I ve gone there the cleaning of the utensils and buffers has always been an issue. I just moved to Plymouth so I ve been scoping out new places. I ve tried giving this place a couple chances and today was the last day. I walked out of the store with almost every cuticle bleeding and my nails just looking ruff. Not only that but the same attachments and buffers she used she put right back in the box to use again on the next customer. Which are NOW tainted with my blood. I ve been getting my nails done for over 5 years and some occasions a cuticle may bleed...but not almost every finger. My nails and skin are crusty and swollen by how rough she was while doing my nails. I don t know that lady s name but all I know this company will no longer have my service. Worst nails job I have ever had since having my nails done.

It's been awhile since I got my last waxing done. So I was driving around and I found this place. Stepped in here and the salon is very clean from head to toe. The everyone greeted me and the staff looked really friendly. I told one of the lady that I came in to get my waxing done and she got someone to walk me into the back to get ready. It didn't take long, some other lady came in and started to wax both my arms, legs and back. She was very gentle with me and she didn't rush through it. She would wait in between till I was ready and continue. After she was done, I started feeling my arms, legs and back and it was really smooth. She did a amazing job, didn't miss a single hair on me. Will definitely come back here again to get my waxing done!

I drive an hour to go here! Lilly is who I like to see. They have a menu with a variety of scents, massages, care for your feet(pictured) They actually massage your legs and feet for several minutes with pressure and focus on pressure points vs some places of 1 minutes of touching your feet/legs. I love that they converse with you as well!

OMG! I cannot say enough amazing things about Jackie! Every single great thing posted here about her is true. She's incredible. I moved here 3 years ago and have been searching for "the" nail person who just gets it. Jackie is it. I brought her an absolute disaster of work performed at a different salon which basically caused her to have to remove my whole set of gel nails. After some discussion, we decided I should give the dip nails a try. They look incredible! I am beyond thrilled with them. You can tell that Jackie has been at this a long time simply by the way she handles her tools. She's a true pro! Will definitely be back!

I usually go to this salon for my no chip and pedicure. Recently I stopped going and don't think I will return. The ventilation of salon is horrible. Every time I walked into the salon, I was breathing in strong chemical fumes. I started getting nauseous and lightheaded. The only thing they did was opening the doors to air it out. Mind you it is still winter, so all the air flows inside making the salon really cold. Seeing that they are not willing to fix this ventilation problem for the safety of the customers and the employees, I will not return.

Have you ever heard of them charging you for a manicure while doing a fill? Most include them in the price

I asked for dipping powder and got something else plus she jabbed me with an instrument and it still hurts since Sunday !
Ususally when you have your nails down they put down a towel or something and give you water but nope not here you have to ask them for it!
Very uncomfortable salon very cramped and I don't believe they clean there nail brushes off between people.
Very disappointed I have had so much better elsewhere

The actual pedicure was great unfortunately my friend had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. This would be understandable if we were walk-in s but we made an appointment. I really wish these salons would stop overbooking themselves. As if that wasn t enough, once my service was over, the woman that performed me pedicure walked me over to the drying station and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to pay now. As if I was going to run out on the bill, smh. She then proceeded to hover over me while I signed the receipt to see if I was going to tip. Tipping after that HORRIBLE customer service/racial profiling is quite laughable. Needles to say I DON T recommend this place(especially if you re African-American). I ll spend my money elsewhere.

I stumbled across this salon searching for a nail salon. For a Mother Daughter day. The staff were friendly. The Mani-Pedi we received was fanominal. We will definitely be back again. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

I went for first time on mon i wanted arcrylic she did gel powder my middle finger is way shorter than the left hand xharged me 70 for full set way more then i would should have payed im gonna call n see if will work with me if i go back to get fixed i just had surgery so wouldnt be for few days but i feel u was treated unfairly n payed way more for stuff i didn't ask for

Got me in, right before the Saturday rush. Excellent service. Was treated very well. Fairly priced services. Worth every dollar. My hands and feet were perfectly polished and pampered.

Always feel pushed into something here. End result is always greAt but definitely feel like the staff isn't happy and don't always seem excited to do their jobs. Cost is no more than anywhere else around. Nice, clean salon.

I went there to do my eyebrows and was sitting over there for over 15mn and nobody ever asked me why was there until a white lady enter and they all rushed on her to ask her what she wanted, after they served her and than they turned to me and asked what do you want? When I told the lady she just told me go to the room not even directing me which room. Feel so bad about this

I stopped by the Vicksburg location on a whim on my way home from work after a stressful day. Sofia took great care of me! I started with a gel manicure and she was meticulous with the cuticle clipper to make everything look just perfect. The hand/arm massage was unexpected and amazing! We then moved to a pedicure and, again, I was amazed at the massage! I was in Vegas a couple weeks ago and put on many miles in sandals, so my feet were rough. They feel so wonderful right now. I can't forget to mention the prices - this was 2/3 the amount that I paid at a place three weeks ago, and I preferred Lifetime! I'll definitely be going back!

I ve had a bad experience with this place about a year ago when I went to get a pedicure and the nail tech dug so deep into my toe that I started bleeding. I ve read reviews stating the same thing but I disregarded it. I m all for giving people a second chance so I tried them again because they are so close to my house. When I walked in to verify prices, both the manager and the employee tried to overcharge me. I read the pricing and called to verify and it was definitely less than what they offered me. Then they offered me a discounted rate which was the correct rate. I assume they thought I don t get my nails done therefore unaware of prices. They claimed their rates are higher because they use better quality powder but my nail broke three days later. I went in to fix it and the girl puts on the wrong color! I asked to go look at the correct color and she asked me to stay seated. They TELL YOU what you want rather than LISTEN when you tell THEM what YOU want (since you re the one paying). I brushed it off because this will be the last time I EVER enter this salon. The only positive thing about my experience was the nail tech I had was friendly. I don t care how pricey salons may be as long as I m getting my money s worth and this place does not meet that standard. I m sure many read reviews in hopes of finding a great nail salon. I highly recommend Nail s Touch in Brooklyn Park. Worth the 15 minute drive!

Double check the prices and make sure they are not overcharging you if you decide to go anyways! But I recommend you don t.

I went to Lifetime Nails & Spa because of the outstanding reviews it received here on google. But never in my life have I experienced such terrible service. First, I was assigned one of the male associates who had been sitting in the back on his phone. I never would have had a problem with him except for the fact that rather than greeting me he bickered with the women who told him to do my nails and threw his headphones down in a tantrum. When I asked him what he usually likes to spend his Saturdays doing he said "I don't know, but definitely not this. I was just about to go home, in fact I think I might just leave now anyways". The rest of my pedicure was silent and uncomfortable as he argued (in english) with another worker about their personal relationship. He was obviously upset and taking it out on me as he demanded me to "move your foot" and "go wash your hands" angrily. When it came to actually painting my nails he grunted when I said I'd like french polish and went on to say that it'd be hard because my nails were so short. The passive aggressive Minnesotan in me tried to handle his remarks by suggesting very thin french lines - and all he had to say was "well you have no other choice". Now I don't believe he personally seeked me out as a vessel for his anger, and I know that everyone has bad days but this was an extreme I've never experienced before.

Not only was the customer service horrendous, but so was the actual service. This guy butchered my nails, rushed through the manicure and left big paint splotches all over my skin. The manager, Jackie had to not only finish the job he did on my toes but fix the mess on my hands - and even she was rude about it! When she asked me how much I'd like to tip the man I said $5 (which he truly didn't deserve) she looked at me with a confused look and said "wait, how much are you going to tip him?". I ended up leaving this "spa" with the worst heart ache, I've never been treated so poorly at a nail salon in my life.

I was there few times and I was not happy how they did my nails. It seemed to me that not very good experienced people work there. They try to do work as fast as they can and at the end they don t do a good job. They cut my finger once and over all my nails were not cleaned perfectly.

This place is the best! I've been here countless times over the last few years. Jackie is the bombbbbb. Every time I see her I show her a picture and she does it and makes it look even better. She usually can always fit me in right away or I'll make an appt and get in quick. I've never been disappointed when shes done my nails. I've had other people there do my nails like Tom and he they've turned out great too. Maybe give this place another try if you rated it under 5 stars. Prices are reasonable.

Went in for a walk in pedicure on a busy Friday and had a great experience. I had to wait a little bit since it was so busy, but they had me sit and soak my feet while I waited and were really kind to offer me a drink. My pedicure was really good and so relaxing! I plan on going again.

They did a wonderful job. The fact that I couldn't understand any of them is my problem. Everyone seemed very friendly at first. Then when I got my bill and questioned it they became very rude and snotty. i was very nice about all of it. Never raised my voice and when It was explained to me in ENGLISH I apologied and paid the extra 20 bucks. What would have been nice if they would explained to me before I got the little flower on my big toe that it was going to be an extra 5 bucks for me and my daughter.
We will not be returning and I would recommend you speak a little louder so people can understand and stop speaking Chinese. It's very rude as I'm sure the B was talking about me after I POLITELY questioned my bill.

I WENT HERE THREE DAYS AGO AND GOT MY NAILS DONE BY A LADY AND IM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM MY NAILS GO THROW MY HAIR AND HER HAIR STUCK I PAID 60 DOLLARS FOR EVERYTHING THING AND THE LADY THAT DID MY DAUGHTER NAILS I FELT LIKE SHE WAS NOT NICES. WOULD LIKE IT IF I CHOULD GET SOMETHING NICES BACK. WILL NOT COME BACK HERE VERY HURT AND NOT HAPPY
