I would like to share my experiences with the law firm Bommert.
(1) There is no postage or telecommunications flat rate. Please do not get me wrong, the telecommunications flat rate does not refer to legal advice over the phone. For example, sending an invoice by email is billed at 0.2 hours (with a fee of EUR 250 / hour).
(2) The relationship between price and performance / quality is to be assessed as unsatisfactory. Standard contracts are modified at a high hourly expense.
(3) When giving legal advice over the phone, you should urgently run a stopwatch in order to be able to track costs. Sending an email is also chargeable.
I strongly recommend that you seek out another law firm.
