It's okay, I have no clue why everyone says THOU MUST VISIT!
Yea, they have some interesting shirts and trinkets, but at a 100% markup for a water bottle.. MEH.. of course I purchased one because I thought it was unique only to discover that many stores have the same water bottles!

i love apple and some people are complaining that they can't update an iPod 4gen to ios 7 and this is why it's because the iPod 4gen does not have built in iOS 7 and I am usin one right now and I have iOS 6.1.6 and that is the highest software update you can get so there you go

Love the products in general. They are pricey and have average customer support. It seemed they were not able to resolve my problem and at times it seemed like I was more tech savvy than the apple tech support person and I would just say I am slightly above average. Not a big fan of iTunes format seems like they could put together a better software program and all their other software could use a update and redesign. I don't care for the format of their self help pages and many of them are out dated. I still rank them higher in support than comcast, microsoft, and symantec. I will also not that they had my call back number and when we got disconnected they did not call me back. I had to call them back. I did like that I received a email to rate my customer experience survey.

Apple does not stand behind its products. My 65 year old mother has the iphone 6, and the antenna does not work. This is an internal issue, however, the consumer has to purchase a new one. This is unacceptable. When a class action suit is brought upon Apple to rectify this issue, I will be a participant.

It is true what other people say these opinions, the store is small you find it good to come, how something special and different to other shops, but visitors can only surround the facilities through the parking lot, which is indeed free.

I was lucky because you can enter the facilities as a visitor contractor, what I can tell you is that inside you find 1 modern offices and you can see the name of the employees in each cubicle, being able to show that most are of Asian origin .
In general very nice and neat offices with very kind people.

I must report the horrible efficacy of Siri on my apple iphone 7+ compared to google's competing feature on android phones. I have used both "hello google" on friends' phones, and "hey Siri" on my phone. "Hello google" hands-down wins every time. Quite honestly, Siri usually can't help me. Apple is supposedly top-of-the-line global technology. I often try to use Siri to locate information or perform simple tasks, but I end up having to open the google Chrome app on my iPhone or complete the task myself because Siri usually says, "I'm not quite sure what you mean, Marie, " or Siri looks up something on the web that isn't even close to what I was looking for. There is no comparison to the "hey google" feature that you'll find on android phones. I do love my Apple iPhone, but truly the biggest and possibly most helpful feature, Siri, is somewhat of a failure of apple developers. #keepitreal

Apple's products at one time were revolutionary. Now, because of the endless quest to forever capture customers and imprison them, instead of EARNING the business, they shove proprietary software and hardware into their customer's hands and phones. Much of it is invasive and annoying, if not downright aggravating. They then have the gall to vaguely disguise this activity as "convenience and security". The non-stop notifications to "connect this app" or "verify your account else we won't let you use it" are so dizzying the technology is becoming unusable. The day I had to go browse the web to find out how to change a feature on my phone, I knew apple was doomed. It no longer "just works". They're suffering the fate of previous tech giants who "featured" their customers into another brand.

We went here to purchase a new iPhone and had a fantastic experience, thanks to an awesome employee named Tamara! She was super helpful and made the process of getting a new phone + switching the data over super quick and easy. Also, my husband s phone wasn t charging correctly, and she happily helped us with fixing that as well (turns out the charging port was filled with pocket lint ) and now the phone is all back to normal!!! Great experience and will go there again if we ever need to visit the Cupertino Apple store again.
