Apple Store is weirdly small, considering that it's the HQ. But perfectly good items and service!!

My dream has come true !!! There are t-shirts, gourds, notebooks .. and of course all their other products and if you have time go to the Apple store right next to Apple's headquarters in Apple Park !! There are other excluded products !!!

I like the Apple logo shirts! They were a bit on the pricey side, at $40 a piece, but I would expect that. Had to drive through detours.

Apple is a horrible company overall.

Their products are "good" but not even close to the quality of their competitors. You are pretty much paying for the brand and design.

Their systems are limited and way overpriced. Apple takes advantage of our broken patent system for their greediness.

Just got a new 2019 MacBook Pro with external keyboard, mouse and trackpad. All accessories came with old USB A cables so I can t charge them with the MacBook. Apple s support tells me to go buy new cables or some sort of hub or dongle. Really, Apple? Also, I have had to exchange my Macbook keyboard multiple times because of a design flaw.

My family went to the store in April, 2019. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Especially John who gave us a brief history of the store and also took a picture for us. Excellent service! Thanks.

Awesome shop with some special merchandise that you cannot find anywhere else, like books, pens and shirts.

This is now a retail store and not the same corporate store from reviews posted years ago. No more whimsical t-shirts just a few basic ones and some souvenirs like mugs. I did find the staff to be very helpful since the place wasn't crowded like a normal Apple Store. The place was cool to visit just to say you've been there but nothing more.

I m a huge Apple fan and former employee and it s so cool how many big and important things happened here.

Very good attention from all the staff and how could it be otherwise, great display of all Apple products. Highly recommended.

Apple Inc. is just so cool and how they make Ipods, Ipads, and Iphones and the with google and the page to so fast loading.

Staff here is really great... Plus HQ is right off the freeway and easy to get to and find parking.

My friends and I just drove through there as we were in San Francisco and while returning back to San Diego we went there, the place was not crowded and there was an Apple Store nothing fancy just like any other Apple Store. We just clicked some pictures and we left.

As always impeccable store with excellent customer service. The only place where you can find souvenirs of the brand. the shirts are great!

It is just a building you can not get into with a applestore upfront

It's the best of the Apple store I've seen. Also from the terrace you can see the immense headquarters.

They're better than Samsung because they actually use NEW technologies. They're nice because people are requesting smaller phones like 5s and below, so in 5 days people will get their requests with the iPhone SE.

Used to be company store! Now typical apple store :( They do sell T-shirts unlike other Apple stores!

Apple store at the Apple office. Very nice e place. Staffs are very friendly. They are the best PR for Apple. Parking can be a challenge. Usually crowded with visitors.

No technician here (or in the new apple park store).

I expected much more, it's just an Apple Store, and not a big one. At least it's not usually crowded and there're a lot of employees to help you in case needed.

Went to the Apple store and noted even here they have issues keeping the latest products in stock (noise cancelling airpods). Hmmm connection McLaren...

It is noteworthy because original goods are on sale. As of May 2016, T-shirts and Hasamiyaki mugs (made in Japan!) Were on sale.

Meh. For a flagship store I'd say only the service is impressive.

We were told to go to the Infinite Loop Apple store when we visited another Apple store in Palo Alto. They mentioned that we could but t-shirts and other like items at Infinite Loop.

A few of us took a car and travelled there to look at the Apple products that we couldn't get anywhere else. There were t-shirts, water bottles and mugs, among other things.

The experience was fantastic especially when 3 Canadian girls can give directions to a California native about what to do, where to stay while they visit Canada.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with an update that renders the 4s practically useless and there is no way to reverse the problem AND you get charged out the ascot by their "technical support" to basically be told tough crap, buy a new phone. I do believe I will take that advice AND PURCHASE ANYTHING BUT APPLE!!!

Nice shop, friendly stuff, not more to see. Providing merchandise only available there, but not much and pricey.

The place where everything goes ... just great, I recommend to any Apple Fanboy / girl!

This Apple store is on campus. Nice to be once, you can park for free. They also sell shirts that are packed in iPad-like boxes, which are very expensive in the tradition of Apple.

It is the Apple headquarters (for the next little while anyway) and you can't help feel the greatness and history of the place. The original one of a kind merchandise store has been replaced with a more standard Apple store and that's a shame. You can still get a few collectables, but the charm of the old swag store it unfortunately gone.

There is a apple store at this place which is cool. Limited parking is available.

If you pass by Cupertino a stop you have to make it ... they have unique Apple gadgets, they are not found anywhere in the world.
