Hopeless bureaucratic safety-paranoid procedures for Apple ID, changing passwords, downloading latest iOS updates & iTunes versions wasting my time and money making upgrading to new iPhone a nightmare that I dread every 2 years! The brunt of Apple's global domination is felt by helpless customers trapped in using this technology! Changing to Samsung or Google at the next opportunity! Sounds like iPhone X is a total failure anyway!

Has a large collection of apple gadgets and think if I am purchasing a phone then also purchase Apple Watch and other gadgets had a large campus also I visited Apple store for first time i realised that this is so tight security place no one can take anything without checking

This morning I went to this store to purchase a new iPad Pro. After I told a lady I want a new iPad Pro 12.9, she said: you know the price? I said yeah. She shocked, her face looks like she does not believe I have enough money!

This place used to be awesome, you could get apple branded everything. Now it is just another apple store with a shirt or mug or two. Words cannot express my disappointment.

While I was driving, my iPhone caught on fire. I called Apple, and unbelievably, they said it was not a safety issue! They said that I should have bought a first-party charging cable. No support at all.

the first and original headquarters of Apple, located in an area entirely renamed or built from the beginning with ultra-modern buildings in the style of Apple. Lots of windows, open space in the office, a beautiful visitor center where you can buy gadgets and t-shirts, but also apple products.
you can't enter the building when you want but you need a reservation.

A company that was once a 5 star company has fell apart. Their customer service is horrible. Their wait times are unacceptable. Since Steve Jobs passed away so has the company.

I purchased the apple water bottle that you can do only here.

The store was renovated, looks nice but did not sell all the random apple items anymore.. Only sells a couple of tshirts and the rest are things I can get at any other apple store

The Macbook Pro got manufacturing issue the motherboard has already been changed five times, this is very upsetting!after the 4th time they said they were changing my computer, after that they said that they can't do anything to help me and they give me back my laptop with strange sounds inside, everytime when I move my laptop i hear this sounds.as a customer, you are good when you buy the product, after that, the apple does not care about their customers

Once an awesome company, reduced to ash. My 2006 Macbook is indestructible, it still runs. I cannot say the same for my iMac 2014, which I bought and broke after 2 weeks, which they fixed and now I have some kind of dirt under the screen to which they won't admit to. Apple Europe I would say is the worst. Don't ever get anything fixed there, you won't see it ever again. Customer service is terrible. There is a 50% chance you won't like what you bought from Apple.

This company died with Steve. I will not buy ANYTHING from Apple ever again. This company considers a 6 year old MacBook Pro a "vintage" product, Ha! What a laugh. They are just pathetic. They do not keep their customers happy at all, more like enraged and confused. Apple will always lose in the long run. MacBook is light years ahead of its time? PLEASE, Apple stop lying to people. $2,500 for a laptop that can't be repaired by its own company? Which does not even sell the parts necessary for the repair!! All the logic boards on the market are refurbished and used! They say the MacBook is "Light. Years ahead". MORE LIKE LIGHT YEARS BEHIND! First and last computer I will ever buy from them. I'll just take an HP or Dell & make it better than this aluminum brick. Get wrecked Apple!

Didnt know there was a store in the apple campus so close to home. Same as any other store.

You can buy a custom T-shirt and mug at a regular Apple Store. Both are less than $ 40, so the ability to follow is tested. If you like Apple, I want to go there once.

Despite how crowded it was, the staff handled the volume well. A little pricey, but what more can you expect from Apple?

Very quick and efficient process to pick up orders. This location is easy to find, park and probably lesser traffic than in the Mall's locations.

If they don't take new orders in store before 30 min of closing time. Why don't you change the time to 30 min in advance and serve that 30 min. Y should people come there and return disappointed.

Unspectacular building, not for spontaneous visitors and a very small shop

there's not a lot to see, if you don't have an employee badge... the store is as cool as every other store. More wasn't available for visitors :(

This store may not be the nicest designed one but certainly has the best people working there. This is the only store where you find Apple t-shirts and apparel. Don't forget to take pictures .

This Apple is the old, small but very good attention, find everything, have the products that other places, such as T-shirts, agendas. Fees and own pen, the attention is fast and good! You can leave the car and if you dare to walk a few blocks to the new Apple store where you can see more products!
