They have the worst customer service team I have ever come across. Reactive and stingy when it comes to taking care of customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Incompetence is an accurate summary.

Because from Puerto Rico you can not access your website, being part of the United States, I think you should reassess that situation, there are no borders.

First I want to say that up until my package arrived I thought Allen was a reputable company who was great at matching prices online and working with you for a good price. That was true. But when my prisms showed up, they were essentially dirty and thrown in ziploc bags. I have no idea if these are real or counterfeit Leica products.

Leica implemented a new special sticker that reminds me of microsoft software stickers on their case, or watermarks on 100 dollar bills. Counterfeit is a big problem and I have no idea what this company sent me. No sticker, not even boxes-- literally ziploc bags....

Very disappointed. Reaching out to Leica about this....

I always drop off our surveying equipment for repair and calibration and get great service here.

First I'd like to give a shout out to Leslie Taylor who personally took care of my issue and exceeded my expectations. I needed a knob for my Schonstedt - it fell off traversing through the woods - anyway, I thought that with the purchase came the Allen wrench to attach the knob by tightening the set screws. Long story short it was my mistake - I had seen the ad for the included Allen wrench on another website. That didn't matter to the good people at Allen Precision Equipment because when they heard about my situation they sprang into action. Even though it was my mistake they expediated the needed wrench along with a template and lens cleaning cloth. This proves to me that they honestly care about their customers and I for one really appreciate their personal service. Well done Leslie, you have made me a very satisfied customer and I will happily continue to buy from Allen Precision Equipment anytime I need quality parts.

They had the best price and shipped everything extremely quickly. Highly recommended!
