Service from staff was quick and very helpful. Good pricing and willing to find the product if they didn't have at that location. Went out of their way to serve the customer. Awesome!

I luv it here they have all the things i need for my skateboard and all of it at a good price, i go here alot and always will.

They thought we were shoplifting because my friend wanted me to try on some glasses and we were laughing. Like no one wants your triangle glasses calm down we weren't even trying to steal them. The staff was being super condescending and then asked where the glasses were and then showed them that they were on the shelf then the cashier said to us "would it have been easier for me to call security or just put them on the rack". The staff is so rude never going back.

My third grader just had to get a skateboard and of course, that meant his younger brother had to get one too. I asked my son's teacher how to select a board since I know absolutely nothing about the sport, and he recommended going to Zumiez, where they are skateboarding experts and will recommend the best board (and safety gear). So this evening, the grandparents took the boys to the Zumiez in downtown Bellevue where they had a great experience getting the right skateboard and safety gear. The store's skateboarding instructor (Erich, I believe) did an amazing job with my boys, making sure that they had the right board for them, recommended the right safety gear, gave them an introductory lesson and really focused on safety (thank you!). My third grader came into the store wearing flip flops, and Erich made him promise never to wear flip flops while skateboarding. We were also told that we could call the store anytime we had any questions. My third grader left the store saying it had been an amazing experience.

customer service is terrible. the new workers aren't nice at all. The old workers were much nicer, and had great attitude when welcoming customers.

One of the employees accused me of stealing. Never going back there. I honestly think I was racially profiled.

I m a highschooler. A couple months ago, I went into this Zumiez with my friend. I am a POC and we both had our backpacks because we had come from school. I didn t usually shop at Zumiez, but I wanted to go in just to look around. I chose two hoodies to try on and we asked the employee (white guy, snapback) for a dressing room. I didn t like either, so I came back out with both. The employee took the things my friend didn t want, but when he looked at me, he looked with scrutiny. I asked if something was wrong and he said that there was a third hoodie. I told him there wasn t; if there was, I would have tried it on and brought it out, and I hadn t. He didn t believe me. He repeated, more forcefully, that there was a third sweatshirt. I didn t know how to respond because he wasn t listening to me. Then, he took out his keys and repopened the dressing room I had been in. He checked under the table and seat/bench. When he came out with nothing (BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A THIRD HOODIE), he somehow still wasn t convinced. He started eyeing my backpack and I felt even more uncomfortable than I already was. I knew he wanted to look inside, so I tried to show him. It was really freaky and my heart was beating. I was terrified because I knew I wasn t lying but he just refused to believe me. We left as quickly as possible and I haven t been inside there since, probably never will again. When I think more about it, there is really no reason that he would be so suspicious and insistent other than his prejudice. I wanted to share this because it s never happened to me. This Zumiez sucks.

The staff here is great! I called in to ask about a the Girl x Sanrio limited edition deck a few weeks ago and Alex was super helpful! She put my item on hold and also found some additional accessories and deck to recommend. The staff packaged my purchase in one box. I am a happy camper! =]

I go skateboarding up at Snoqualmie every weekend and I can attest that the gear here is phenomenal for keeping out dangerous bodily fluids whenever you need to insure the scene is safe.

The two associates that were working were not welcoming what so ever ! Once we entered we didn't get a welcome like anyone else who walked in . We bought 1 item and the person cashing us out didn't ever bother to give us a bag . She didn't look at us or say have a nice day and continue to talk to her one of the other associate . I had a terrible experience and I hope no one goes through the same thing . Regret buying anything from them

The staff is always friendly but there's a minimal selection of ladies clothes. I also met Lil Skies here.

Friendly service, the staff helped me find pants for my son in the right size and color he wanted.

Just plain old AMAZING!!! Wonderful customer service and super helpful and polite employees. I have gone there so many times for all sorts of things. Prices are very good, and sells everything you could possibly want from skateboarding store. I go there to purchase many back to school stuff, and if I get cash from my birthday or something, most of it is bound to be spent at Zumiez!

Eric and the other dude are low key cool as hell. Made me feel cool just being there because of them lmao
