I gave him my exact address. He told me he would come at 12:30PM. Calls at 12:34 PM saying he won't come in because there's no parking. I look outside immediately. No cars parked on either side of the street, in addition to having my own driveway. He says "nevermind, you should call somebody else." I'd avoid him if you're looking for a professional experience.

Set up an appointment for repair. They didn t show up or bother calling to let me know they wouldn t make it. Never heard from them again.

We used Hue to trouble-shoot/repair my wife's VAIO laptop. Initially, it would work for a while, then overheat, slow down, and eventually hang. Hue installed an SSD in place of the original HD and transfered all the programs and data. As you would expect, the laptop was much more responsive, and my wife was ecstatic. Hue also provided good counsel on backups. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and personable.

Hue Mach has assisted me with my computer problems for several years. He comes as promptly as he can when I need him and solves the problem. He is a very honest person. I highly recommend his services.
