The best in town ,good service and great customer handling.. keep up the good work

Staff response was not good, do get a pre sale invoice if you are going to buy a scooter from here , there is a lot of difference in price , costed me nearly around 6000 rupees more for Vespa VXL 125, and even after asking about it the staff is behaving irresponsibly

These guys don t know how to handle customers, and are spoiling the name of such a good company.
I recommend local mechanics over these irresponsible fellows.
Last time when I gave my Aprilia for service they were not able to deliver on time. And didn t even check the basic thing like brake.
These guys should see the works of other service centres like the one in kannur and learn something.

Being the only dealer in Calicut, I just have one suggestion don t get a Vespa, it s a good scooter but Tristar horrible service makes it worthless, you ll be much happier with a bicycle than confronting these people

It's been one month still I didn't get my scooter back after service. Whenever I call they will say next week.

The most irresponsible dealer i have ever seen. Not at all qualified to become a dealer in any sense.they change their word minute by minute so I strongly recommend my fellow friends to contact the next nearby dealer other than tristar motorcycle

To attract customers official Vespa and Aprilia apparel, riding accessories and helmets also showcased in the Showroom.

Staffs are unprofessional and the vibe you get is "if u want to buy one then buy, I m not very concerned in selling one to you". For a brand like this, it's sad to see such a team of staffs. Had gone there to check out the scooty and had given my details and was never contacted after that. I had gone after a few days and they dint show much concern. Unsatisfied with the staff, but the showroom is pretty good.

I was planning to buy a Vespa from this showroom, after all the reviews I am in the verge of changing my mind. Moreover the response from the sales team is very bad, they had promised to show me a black version of the Vespa and have not even responded till the minute, provided it's been a week. The follow up is bad and their attitude is pathetic, especially the female staff, who actually conveys a body language of owning the place.
During the first visit, one of their staff where smudging her lipstick and applying Kajal, looking at the side view mirror of a Vespa in display. LoL.
Seriously deteriorating the brand and we have to put up with all this because the scooter actually looks nice. It's sad that such unprofessionalism exist even today, in such a competitive world.

Very bad customer Relationship..!! Never expected cheeting like this .. Only the Brand name is good quality of vehicle & staffs are too bad in showroom.. !! Till now the complications regarding the vehicle I owned is On. ! Very very very bad & I never suggest to anyone again vespa! Spoiled our expectations and provided wrong commitment! !!

Vespa Scooters are good. But the dealership is not good. Very unprofessional, staffs are not trained well. They're not interested in customers and they don't know how to interact with customers . I don't know how Piaggio allotted dealership to them.

you should have deal with showroom executive Akhilesh and Sruthi both are very smart ,I am very satisfied...

I had a very good experience with the staff especially Mr Akshay and Mr Akhilesh, they helped me out of the way, even delivered the scooter on Sunday as I wanted to give it as a surprise gift. Collection is really good , overall a satisfyingly experience of buying the scooter.

Staff is unprofessional, whenever I calling them I didn't get any support from their end to choose the scooter. Its my interest to buy aprilia but I didn't get support. Worst experience

Poor service , new issue comes up after every service . Apparently the screws are damaged because of ' disc oil leakage'.never heard that before. Undoubtedly the worst customer service I ever came across

Even the sales team don t care about their customer. Going for TVS Ntorq just because of the attitude towards customer from their sales person . I own myself duke 390 . Take some notes from KTM Calicut how they treat their customers. If you think you can treat a customer like a beggar just because of the premium brand name of Vespa you have never been so wrong in your life !!

Aprilla and vespa motorcycles are here for u in here .. and have a very good customer management and a costumer friendly atmosphere.

We opted vespa zx125 as we liked it.. But the response from the staff was very bad at the time of delivery and afterwards. Still we didn't receive our vehicle accessories approximately 1month after purchase.
