The Burlington MA Starbucks location is just plain...

The Burlington MA Starbucks location is just plain bad. I go to a Starbucks everyday and the people in this location are are rude and will not get my drink correct. No foam means no foam. I m sick of telling them. Rude customer service.

I went into the store and bought a drink and because I'm gold status I can get a refill of tea or coffee for free when I'm in the store. But this location does not approve of this and won't let you get refills unless you buy the a plan ...

Had the absolute worst experience here and I work ...

Had the absolute worst experience here and I work in the plaza so this is usually my go to spot never felt so flustered while ordering and to top it off Jess throws my straw. This will be the last time I m ordering from here sadly. Usually the crew is NICE and welcoming so 3 stars.

Service is always very nice and they have only messed up my order once. It can be pretty busy in the mornings during the work week and can take awhile to get your order. It also has a decent amount of tables to sit at even though it is a pretty small Starbucks.
