Bad Customer Service... Profiling and Ignorant Assumptions Made Here. A friend and I were shopping the Rogers Square. We were browsing furniture and unique decor noticed a beautiful couch in a corner nook in the back of the store. Susan rudely approached me saying "nothing is for sale," yet when I started gesturing towards the upholstery furniture swatches hanging she fixed her tone slightly stating I could make an appointment to view the swatches by appointment only. Susan did not inquire about my upholstery/furniture needs or inform me of their services. She was rude. We left the store suspecting we had been racially profiled because we were multicultural. I'm happy we were able to maintain courtesy despite the ignorant way we were treated.
