We have four domains with 101 domain, they suspended and blocked one of our domains without any notice causing us serious disruption, loss of reputation and massive financial loss. A trademark complaint was falsely submitted to 101 domain, instead of making us aware or investigating they immediately...

One of the worst experience ever.

One of the worst experience ever.
My website exceeded the storage limit of my Host-To-Go hosting subscription (1.1 GB out of the allotted 1.0 GB) and they disabled my website without any notice.
I wrote the support team on 19 May 2016, pinged a couple of times....
they finally answered me on 07 ...

Tou was extremely knowledgable and helpful! In what I thought would take at least 15 minutes to accomplish, Tou successfully serviced by domain name forwarding issues in under 5 minutes. Customer service was spot, and he asked if I needed anything else once finished. Keep up the great work, Tou!

We are currently working on setting up web hosting. To date, 101domain has been incredibly helpful and responsive. I love that they have such a variety of offerings. Our group has people with some skill in web design and they have lower-priced packages that accomodate that.

101domain is, without a doubt, the best domain manager and distributor on the market right now. I had technical troubles with my domain and hosting it , and they re(actually friendly!!) support team did everything in their power to help me out. Very pleased!
