Very disappointed that 101domain would not refund ...

Very disappointed that 101domain would not refund fees associated with domain auto-renews that I did not want renewed. As soon as the charge hit my credit card, I called 101domain and advised that i did not want the domains renewed and wanted a refund. Was told to issue a ticket, which i did. No mention that I would not get a refund.

Support replied to the ticket to confirm that I wanted the domains cancelled. I confirmed.

Subsequently received a response from billing that I would NOT receive a refund as it is my fault for not reviewing the policy when I signed up.
Shame on me for not paying attention, but shame on 101domain for keeping funds for domains I no longer have and no longer use.

Very disappointing that a company decides to keep funds for services not wanted and not provided. I have multiple domains and sites with GoDaddy and have received refunds for services that I did not use or need.

Would definitely not deal with these 101domain again.
