Unfortunately there is no 0 star here, I would use it. There is no customer support whatsoever. No way to talk to anyone about the issue (you can submit a support ticket and no one will do nothing for weeks. You can Chat with someone but the only thing what they will say is that that is nothing can be done you need to wait... forever ), totally frozen out. Would never rely on 101domain for important and business-critical domains! I am very upset about the arrogance and ignorance of most of the support team. I really would like to talk to someone who cares about customers. I can provide plenty of communications by mail, ticket comment and chat. If there is anyone at the company who would care about the customers just talk to me about this Ticket# 101CM-192241 and try to solve my issue after 1.5 week! - The problem has been resolved. It is really sad we needed to reach out publicly to those people who actually care about the customer. Good to know there are people like that at 101domain, I don t understand why we couldn t handle this without a conversation like this. I do modify my review to 2star!
