If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would! As a new manager with little training, they have held my hand, trained me, helped me, guided me, and fixed every single issue we have had! I couldn't have asked for better partners in keeping our system up and running smoothly! Zach, Frank, and Rey are absolute GEMS!!! ASK FOR THEM when you call!

This was the most unbelievable experience. A contract was electronically signed and initialed without our knowledge or approval. Only until we were charged a $45 account inactivation fee became aware of any relationship with TouchSuite. With no idea a contract existed, let alone receiving no card processing terminal or any other kind of service, you can imagine our confusion. The representative who came to our business to introduce TouchSuite became unreachable. I tried calling the customer service line and was given two automated options: current customer or new customer. I pressed the option for current, because we apparently have an account open. Unsurprisingly, all reps are busy and the line disconnects. I called again, this time as a new customer. They were quick to pick up. Customer service phone representatives, online chat representatives, the store salesman, every point of contact was negative and highly unprofessional. The stress I went through to figure out what was happening or get any answers is something I never want a fellow business owner to experience. I am completely dumbfounded and angry I had to waste so much time just because one of this company s reps decided to take advantage of a small business. EDIT: I didn t include the representative s name or anyone I had spoken to because I didn t want to publicly shame them. Maybe it s a courtesy TouchSuite does not deserve as my bad experience is instead being doubted. No apology or empathy was extended and at this point am not surprised. I m not looking for some sort of compensation or for someone to look into the situation, but just want fellow business owners to be aware.
2 words Amazing Service did an amazing job in explaining details and was Surprised to see the savings with in one bill. Consistency is key and that s what I have found I really appreciated when my sales rep came to my restaurant to help me and trained me.

Run and don't look back: if I could give negative stars I would. They are the middle man of credit card processing and after extensive auditing they were charging us more than 5% fees on average. ( The standard fee is about 2.25-3%) Marcos and his brother gave false promises, promising rates that were absolutely unheard and of course failed to delivered. Do not sign any paperwork with this company unless you like getting ripped off. They were absolutely unknowledgeable as well with the software and setup. We've seeked legal action but unfortunately due to their agreement we are locked in. Even after countless emails and text messages about the rates. Dishonest company.
Awesome company and Jon Law is great to do business with. He had my credit card machine to me quickly, any and all questions I had were answered very quickly. Highly recommend!
