My experience at Tomball Ford was overall great. The customer service given to me by both Devin and Laquisha was professional, courteous and overall excellent. I recently changed from a different dealership because of bad customer service and I m glad I made a change. I would recommend Tomball Ford to anybody.
Since the second I meet Mike Zarro he went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. From getting me a great deal to even giving me his lunch while I waited on paperwork. He even showed up hours before his shift started to take care of me on a loaner car while my truck went in for aftermarket parts if you want someone that cares and goes the extra mile for you he s the guy to go see! Can t thank him enough for the great customer service he has shown will defiantly be going back to Tomball Ford for any future needs.
I contacted this Ford dealer to test drive the Mustang Mach one and a mustang GT convertible. Christian was the person that contacted me. He got two cars set up for me to test drive the next day. He never harassed me with lots of phone calls or text messages. He just did what I asked for.
When I arrived again he had everything organized and again there was no pushy sales pressure on me.
I ended up ordering a mustang Mach one with a $500 refundable deposit. Something no other Ford dealer would do for me.
As it was going to be several months I kept an eye out for the car at other dealers around the USA. I sore the car advertised several times for between $10,000 and $20,000 above ticket price at other Ford dealers.
Christian and Tomball actually sell there cars at the Ford listed price which I found respectful.
I did end up finding the car I wanted from another dealer and again Christian was very happy to say congratulations and organize my $500 refund.
I would highly recommend Christian and Tomball Ford. I will certainly being going there next time I m looking for a new Ford.
Christine my service rep was beyond communicative very on top of my needs and concerns. Even took the time to put a personal letter in my truck basically stating no joy riding it which that alone will have me coming back to this location. Go see Christine she s amazing
This is an amazing dealership, the attention to detail by both the sales team and finance team is amazing. You re treat with respect, they want to sell you a car that s a right fit for you. Ralph was the best salesman I ve ever worked with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, wasn t pushy, and helped me get the deal I wanted. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle.

Excellent communication!! My salesman Artarguello, aka Art made the process as smooth as possible. I received emails when my vehicle was ordered and received a call a few months later when it arrived. Art sent me several photos of the vehicle ( 22 Maverick) prior to our meeting. Art s main goal was to make sure we were taken care of and was very down to earth during the purchasing phase of business.
