A great place to checkout the current TNF line of clothes, gear, shoes etc, but the you really need to catch the Black Friday deals before the Holidays. A better alternative is to hit the TNF Outlet ship in Berkeley for better prices (but much more narrow selection)

Sizes for their selections were limited. Relatively small footprint at this location

SOLID!! Always shave a few dollars off, and they hire some seriously knowledgeable people here. The sales people give HONEST advice too - they will not try to talk you up to a big sale.

I expect will find my favourite shoes, unfortunately not many selection especially for small size ~40, and for child apparel too.

I m suspected to talk about the products of this brand. I really like and trust on the North Face products. Unfortunately the price in general isn t cheap. The staff in the store use to be kindly and friendly. I m super recommend.

I like this store because everything is well displayed in a bright uncluttered store. The sales people are friendly and helpful here. I need to buy a birthday present for a friend, but didn't know his size. The sales guy asked if I needed help and I said not sure about the size. He asked me point out someone in the store similar in height and size, he was able to help me get the right size. No pressure here with sales people following you around.

I visited winter and bought a down for kids. Depending on the item, there are some that are almost half price cheaper than in Japan. If you like North Face, you can buy it here.

Great selection, I was pleasantly surprised by their ice climbing gear selection, if I recall correctly it's only petzl stuff, but it's rare to find that stuff, most REIs don't even carry that stuff. In addition to this welcome surprise they had everything from lounge wear to gear to summit Everest.

This is their flagship store. It's three levels and has all the latest clothing lines. Also, if they don't have something in stock, you can buy it online (including multiple sizes), and return the ones you don't want or don't fit to the store. You can also ship to store and try on/return there.

I love North Face. They have all the quality gear that you would need for what ever kind of out door activity on your agenda. I was looking for a particular style of cold weather parka. I found the parka that I was looking for. But unfortunately not in the color I wanted. I was also looking for the lined flannel shirts and they didn't have any of those either. This is usually the time that you need them.
