Central transaction point, however quite crowded, sometimes waiting on the 2nd floor 30p to be traded. VIPs are on the 3rd floor. I just upgraded to VIPs on the 3rd floor, but it seems that these kids are here to concentrate on serving customers to save more money, no care about customers withdrawing / depositing like me. Anyway, it is much better than other banks because transfer banking is completely free!
