Quickly buy a software online ..., Ok, pay, but now what? I have a receipt and can not download software. Somehow everything is going nowhere and there is nowhere to go on now. Addendum: Download trial version and then enter code makes it the full version, I learned from the support. That could have been explained or explained better somewhere else. My rating of zero better me but after.
You all are about to send me, a 15 year Quark Software customer to InDesign with this HORRIBLE customer support in India. They can't answer the simplest questions and now you're not answering your own phones in Colorado. This is rediculous and I've just about had it!

Customer Service is a joke & I too am heading to InDesign - I am so tired of reloading, having activation issues and customer support that does not understand english.... I bought Quark version 3 when customer service was great and upgrades came in the mail on a disk...when I could call and get a person who cared...when there were support training meetings. No more - this product makes my life nothing but difficult - I was so rooting for you when Dreamweaver was for sale - I may not be a fan of Adobe's ever growing ownership of designers but my software works.
