We went there to do an exchange for items bought online and they were so kind, patient and just made it a fun all around experience

The people there were very nice and helpful when i returned my boots for a smaller size. There service was great too

This store was amazing! The ladies and one gentleman working were all amazing. There was a manager working as well as two of her staff members. All were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

No customers except me. Got the VIP experience by both salespeople with cleaning my shoes and new laces for my Timberlands. Store was tidy and item placement and navigation of the store was intuitive. Just my two cents on my experience. Cheers!

Great collection of water proof boots, got exactly what I was looking for.

The people there were quite helpful and friendly. I also like the boots i brought from there. Also got student discount which i didn't know about but the person at the store(who works there) told me about!

I didn't go to the store but I called to ask if they have a special shoe in my size and the woman I've talk to was really unfriendly and unprofessional. She didn't even want to help me!

The store is well designed and the staff is super friendly. They always have dog treats too if you have an animal which is really nice. Timberlands tend to run large, so try on a 1/2 to full size less than you normally would. The store is a great showroom but if you looking for some of their generic shoes you can often find them cheaper online.

Very expensive store in the heart of the city please avoid going there

I had to get laces here and the service was excellent! In and out of the store within 10 minutes! Kind of a small store but the selection was good

Great ambience; folks show enjoyment working there. My choice, "Men's Sushi" weren't in stock there - So what?!? They teamed up to find in-state, and Internet sources, got my measurements, gave me a sweet discount, *and*, having been in sales, did something I appreciated: did a sweet job of making sure I come back to that store.

Customer service was very poor for a flagship store. I found myself helping customers with the products since the associates on hand that day were clearly unfamiliar with the product

I got my first pairs of Timbs from here and the experience was great! The cashier's and workers are super friendly and they have a range of boots and shoes on display. Would recommend if you are looking for a fresh pair of Timberlands!

How to not get broomed from this store: 1. Hold the cash for the item in a fan and wave it at the sales person whole pointing at the item. 2. Remind them that the item IS in stock online. 3. Tell them that "Stephanie" told you on the phone that they had other colors than the one that they're pushing and that they deliberately overstocked.

Bad service ...rude workers ....one of them implied I am a liar ...the worst thing is that handicap elevator is locked ...asked them what is a wheelchair person should do ...she said he should call us to activate the elevator ...how rude and errogant of them

Service was not very good (quiet store but waited around for a while and still had to approach staff to get help, staff was not knowledgeable or friendly), didn't have either of the two boot styles I was hoping to try on.

I exchanged some defective boots I got as a gift. And the manager exchanged them for me no questions asked.
