Excellent customer services. I live in Riyadh and I've made two purchases from MEFITPRO over the last two years (mainly because I couldn't find any store carrying the amazing Powerblock dumbbells and their accessories/ upgrades other than them), and I've been very happy with the product, as well the as the very fast response and impeccable care for customer needs and issues along the way.

This company is run by FRAUDS like Rania and Greg..they are robbers ..be aware before you enroll in their programs.

Girls the address is right, the building is under renovation and you have to go to back yard, pass the blue bridge to enter the building.

It has been a nightmare trying to buy used exercise equipment from them. Dealt with a sales person named Val who gave me a quotation on March 25th, I agreed and gave him a go signal to deliver the items and he told me it will be delayed as there is high influx of sales and encouraged me to buy a brand new item instead. Explained him that I am willing to wait longer than expected delivery date as the brand new products are significantly more expensive that the used ones. So Val agreed he said the items will be delivered the next day, this was March 30th. After 2 weeks of waiting I followed up only to be informed that the products have ran out of stock. I believe the demand of exercise equipment is really high especially at this time of quarantine but the sales and customer service I received was extremely disappointing.
